โครงการลับออโรร่า

ให้เหตุผลว่าได้นำดาวเทียมจารกรรมมาทำหน้าที่แทน เอสอาร์ 71 แล้ว ซึ่งสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายลงได้มาก

อ๊อกซ์คาร์ท นั้นมีความหมายว่า เชื่องช้า ค่อยๆ เป็นค่อยๆ ไป กองทัพอากาศเลือกใช้ชื่อนี้เพราะ
มันตรงกันข้ามกับสมรรถนะที่แท้จริงของเครื่องบิน เอสอาร์ 71 เพื่อทำให้พวกลูกคุณช่างสงสัย
ที่ชอบคุ้ย แคะ แกะ เกา เกิดไขว้เขว เวลาที่สืบหาความเป็นไปของโครงการลับนี้

ในขณะที่โครงการออโรร่า นั้นก็มีชื่อรหัสเรียกว่า ซีเนียร์ ซิติเซน (SENIOR CITIZEN) หรือผู้สูงอายุ

ส่วนเครื่องบินเอสอาร์ 71 บินด้วยความเร็วมัค 3.2 หรือประมาณ 2,100 ไมล์ต่อชั่วโมง

ทำไมกองทัพอากาศสหรัฐต้องสร้างเครื่องบินที่มีความเร็วสูงระดับไฮเปอร์โซนิค? เหตุผลก็คือ
ในราวปี ค.ศ. 1980 รัสเซียได้พัฒนาขีปนาวุธพิสัยไกลจากพื้นดินสู่อากาศ (Surface-to-air missile)
หรือที่นิยมเรียกว่า แซม (SAM) มันเป็นขีปนาวุธรุ่นใหม่ที่มีชื่อว่า เอสเอ10 กรัมเบิ้ล (SA-10 Grumble)



และ เอสเอ12 กลาดิเอเตอร์ (SA-12 Gladiator)



เจ้าขีปนาวุธทั้ง 2 แบบนี้สามารถยิงเป้าที่บินอยู่บนท้องฟ้าที่ระดับความสูง 100,000 ฟุตได้อย่างสบายๆ
ซึ่งแน่นอนว่า มันไม่ปลอดภัยต่อเครื่องบินเอสอาร์ 71 ซึ่งมีเพดานบินอยุ่ที่ 85,000 ฟุต นักบินคนหนึ่ง
กล่าวว่าเจ้าเอสอาร์ 71 นี้ ที่จริงสามารถไต่เพดานบินได้สูงถึง 125,000 ฟุตแต่มันจะ "สั่นสะเทือน" นิดหน่อย

4,000 ล้านดอลลลาร์!

ในขณะที่การใช้เครื่องบินเอสอาร์ 71 ทำการจารกรรมมีความคล่องตัวกว่าการใช้ดาวเทียมเป็นอย่างมาก

กล้องที่กินแสงน้อยเท่านั้น ต่างกับการใช้เครื่องบินเอสอาร์ 71 ที่สามารถ บรรทุกกล้องถ่ายภาพ
ทุกสภาพอากาศได้

ระเบิดกำแพงเสียง

เช้าตรู่ของวันที่ 30 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1992 ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ทางใต้ของรัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย
ต้องสะดุ้งตื่นเมื่อพวกเขา ได้ยินเสียง "ระเบิดของกำแพงเสียง" (Sonic boom)



เจ้าเสียงระเบิดนั้นก็ไม่ธรรมดาเพราะว่ามันดังขนาดเครื่องตรวจจับแผ่นดินไหวสามารถตรวจจับได้

สำนักงานธรณีวิทยาของสหรัฐจึงได้ทำการตรวจสอบที่มาของเสียงก็พบว่ามันเกิดจากยานพาหนะ
ไม่ปรากฏสัญชาติ ที่บินด้วยความเร็วระหว่างมัค 3 ถึงมัค 4 และแหล่งที่มาของเสียงนั้นอยู่บริเวณ
เหนือเมืองลอสแองเจลิสกับทะเลทรายโมจาวี
และมุ่งหน้าตรงไปยัง ฐานทัพอากาศเนลลิส ในรัฐเนวาดา บริเวณทะเลสาบกรูมหรือพื้นที่ 51 นั่นเอง



ในที่สุดก็มีคนถ่ายภาพเหตุการณ์ประหลาดที่เรียกว่า "โดนัทบนเส้นเชือก" (Donuts-on-a-rope) ไว้ได้



เมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1992 ที่บริเวณเหนือ อมาริลโล ในรัฐเท็กซัส เจ้า "โดนัทบนเส้นเชือก" นี้คือ
ภาพที่เกิดขึ้นบนท้องฟ้าเป็นกลุ่มควันที่ลากยาวเป็นสายคล้ายเส้นเชือก และมีกลุ่มควันขมวด
เป็นวงกลมล้อมรอบเป็นช่วงๆ สาเหตุเกิดจากการบินด้วยเครื่องบินที่มีความเร็วสูงมากๆ

แต่นั่นก็ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรกที่มีพยานรู้เห็นเครื่องบินประหลาดที่เรียกกันว่า ออโรร่า เพราะเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคม
ค.ศ. 1989 ขณะที่ คริส กิบสัน (Chris Gibson) วิศวกรสำรวจน้ำมันชาวสก็อต กำลังทำงานอยู่บนท่อส่งน้ำมัน
เกลฟสตันคีย์ในทะเลเหนือ เขาได้เหลือบมองขึ้นไปบนท้องฟ้าเห็นเครื่องบินรูปสามเหลี่ยมที่เขา
ไม่เคยเห็นมาก่อน กำลังเติมน้ำมันกลางอากาศโดยเครื่องบิน เคซี 135 และมีเครื่องบิน เอฟ 111 เอส
2 ลำบินคุ้มกันอยู่ข้างๆ



ดูเหมือนว่าเครื่องบินลำนั้นจะเป็นเครื่องบินต้นแบบของเครื่องบินรุ่นใหม่ที่จะมาแทนที่เครื่องบิน
เอสอาร์ 71 ซึ่งมาทำการทดสอบสมรรถนะ การที่ คริส สามารถระบุชื่อเครื่องบินต่างๆ ได้อย่างแม่นยำ
ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกอะไร เพราะ คริส เป็นสมาชิกของ องค์กรนักสังเกตการณ์แห่งสหราชอาณาจักร
(British Royal Observer Corps) ซึ่งเป็นหน้าที่ของเขาที่จะต้องบอกชื่อเครื่องบินที่เขาเห็นได้อยู่แล้ว
แต่เจ้าเครื่องบินอีกลำที่มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสามเหลี่ยมนั้นเขาไม่รู้ว่ามันเป็นเครื่องบินรุ่นไหน

ใครสร้างเครื่องบินออโรร่า
ถ้าหากออโรร่า เป็นเครื่องบินที่สร้างขึ้นมาแทนเครื่องบินรุ่นเอสอาร์ 71 จริงมันก็น่าจะสร้างโดย
บริษัทล็อกฮีด สกังเวิร์ค (Lockheed's Skunk Works) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทผู้ผลิตเครื่องเอสอาร์ 71
แต่จากการสัมภาษณ์ บี บูเชล (B. Buschel) เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงของล็อคฮีด เขากลับปฏิเสธว่า
มันไม่ใช่เครื่องบินของล้อคฮีด

บูเชล ให้ความเห็นว่าจากลักษณะของมันและดูข้อมูลอื่นๆ ประกอบ ออโรร่า น่าจะเป็นเครื่องบิน บี2
รุ่นใหม่ ที่มีชื่อว่า บี2เอ (B2A) ซึ่งผลิตโดย บริษัท นอร์ทรอพ กรัมแมน (Northrop Grumman) ต่างกัน
ก็ตรงที่เครื่องบินลำนี้สร้างขึ้นสำหรับทำจารกรรมโดยเฉพาะ ดังนั้นมันจึงไม่มีการติดตั้งอาวุธบนเครื่อง
และเน้นเครื่องยนต์ที่มีความเร็วสูง

ความเร็วสูงที่ว่าก็คือ ความเร็วที่ระดับไฮเปอร์โซนิค หรือที่ระดับมัค 5 ขึ้นไป ซึ่งเมื่อมันบินได้เร็วขนาดนั้น

เครื่องบิน แต่เป็นชื่อของ โครงการพัฒนาเครื่องบินล่องหนซึ่งเป็นโครงการลับที่กองทัพอากาศสหรัฐ
ได้เริ่มทำขึ้นในช่วงต้นทศวรรษที่ 1980 โดยมี เครื่องเอสอาร์ 71 เป็นเครื่องบินล่องหนรุ่นแรก
และตามด้วยเครื่อง เอฟ 117



ส่วนเครื่อง บี2 นั้นเป็นรุ่นที่ 3

สำหรับเครื่องบินล่องหนรุ่นที่ 4 ก็คือเครื่อง เอฟ 22



และปัจจุบันเครื่องบิน บี2เอ เป็นเครื่องบินล่องหนที่กำลังทดสอบอยู่

ก็อย่างที่บอกนั่นแหละครับว่าเครื่องเอสอาร์ 71 นั้นถูกแขวนปีกไปแล้วเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1990 ส่วน
เครื่อง เอฟ 117 นั้น เป็นเครื่องบินขับไล่(ทิ้งระเบิด)ล่องหน (Stealth Fighter) แบบที่นั่งเดียว
ได้รับการอนุมัติให้สร้างในปี ค.ศ. 1978 และสร้างเสร็จในปี ค.ศ. 1982 โดยล็อกฮีด ใช้งบประมาณ
ในการสร้างราว 45 ล้านดอลลาร์

เครื่อง บี2 นั้นเป็นเครื่องบินทิ้งระเบิดล่องหน (stealth bomber) ที่สงสัยกันว่ามีการติดตั้ง

เครื่องยนต์ชนิดนี้สามารถทำความเร็วได้สูงถึงมัค 10 ทีเดียว

พีดีวี ใช้มีเธนเหลว (Liquid Methane) หรือไม่ก็ไฮโดรเจนเหลว (Liquid Hydrogen) เป็นเชื้อเพลิง
ซึ่งมันถูกจุดระเบิดในห้องเครื่องที่ถูกออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษ และเมื่อเครื่องบิน บินด้วยความเร็ว
ที่เหนือเสียง ส่วนหัวของเครื่องบินจะดันอณูของอากาศออกไปด้านข้างรอบๆ ส่วนหัวของเครื่องบิน

ที่มองไม่เห็นรายละเอียดของมัน ยิ่งมีข่าวลือว่าโครงการออโรร่าต้องพบกับอุปสรรคบางอย่าง
จนทำให้ต้องระงับโครงการชั่วคราว ยิ่งทำให้การที่จะได้เห็นการปรากฏตัวของมันยิ่งยากเข้าไปใหญ่

ใครที่สนใจติดตามเรื่องราวลึกลับของมนุษย์ต่างดาวและยานอวกาศจากนอกพิภพ คงจะเคยได้ยิน
ชื่อ "มาเจสติก 12" ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานลับหน่วยงานหนึ่งของรัฐบาลสหรัฐที่มีหน้าที่ติดตามสืบสวน

หลายคนอาจเคยรู้จักหรือได้ยินชื่อหน่วยงานนี้ในชื่ออื่นๆ เช่น เอ็มเจ12 (MJ-12), เมจิ12 (Maji 12),
เมจิก12 (Majic 12), หรือ เมจิคอม12 (Majicom 12) ก็ขอให้รับทราบว่าเรากำลังพูดถึงหน่วยงานเดียวกันอยู่

หน้าที่หลักของหน่วยงานนี้ก็คือ การนำข้อมูลและหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับวัตถุบินลึกลับที่ได้มาจากกองทัพ

คำนี้มีความหมาย

เมจิก (Majic) เป็นคำที่ย่อมาจากคำว่า Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence Control หรือ
หน่วยงานที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของหน่วยสืบราชการลับหน่วยต่างๆ ของสหรัฐ ส่วนมาเจสติก (Majestic)
นั้นน่าจะหมายถึง ประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐ ซึ่งคณะกรรมการในเมจิก 12 มีหน้าที่รายงานผลการสืบสวน
ให้กับประธานาธิบดีทราบเป็นระยะๆ

ปฏิบัติการเมเจอริตี้ (Majority Operation) เป็นปฏิบัติการที่มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบเรื่องทุกเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
กับมนุษย์ต่างดาว คณะกรรมการที่อยู่ในหน่วยเมจิก12 นั้นจะถูกเรียกแทนด้วยโค้ด เช่น MJ1, MJ2 เรื่อยไป

เมจิก12 ไมได้เพียงแค่มีหน้าที่ในการศึกษาเรื่องวัตถุบินลึกลับหรือสิ่งมีชีวิตจากต่างดาวเท่านั้น

MJ1 พลเรือตรี รอสโค ฮิลเลนโคเอทเตอร์ (Rear Adm. Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter)

This is a $13 million tunnel boring machine (TBM) used for tunneling at the Nevada Test Site.

The evidence is clear: the government has and continues to maintain an interest in exotic
unexplained phenomena, including Unidentified Flying Objects. The question persists:

MINNEAPOLIS (STARpod.org) -- The biggest question faced by the extraterrestrial disclosure
movement (exopolitics) is not whether the public has a right to know about the alleged alien presence,
but does the current President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, have a "need to know."

A couple of years ago investigative author Gus Russo asked the question,
"Is Uncle Sam a closet UFOlogist?"

After reading various materials supplied by his sponsor, Dan T. Smith,
son of a famous Harvard economist who worked for the Eisenhower administration,
Russo concluded that the reason Smith's friend, former CIA analyst Ronald "Ron" Pandolfi
remained involved with UFO-related topics and persons, was "national security."

At the time of Russo's investigation, Pandolfi was with the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence MASINT. The ODNI coordinates all
national intelligence and is responsible for briefing the President.

According to Smith, who notes that his older sister is a friend of Nancy Bush Ellis
(President George H.W. Bush's sister), with every change of administration there is
a ripple effect within the government's closely held secrets that he calls the "repositioning."

A recent example is the Presidential release of classified CIA "torture memos."

In spite of enhancements to Freedom Of Information (FOIA), attempts to gain access
to UFO-related government memos remains torturous, with numerous escape clauses
designed to protect the national security.

A recent attempt comes from Lee Graham, who was investigated by
the Defense Investigative Service for his UFO interests. Graham asked
the USAF for images of two specific anomalous "UFO" events.

The Air Force provided Graham with a "neither confirm not deny"
response on the grounds of national security.

One source to Russo, a gentleman who provides high level input to
a Defense Intelligence Agency sponsored National Academies' scientific committee,
was questioned about the extraterrestrial rumors:

"I have spoken to three former Presidents and the subject always comes up, not as a briefing,
but they also want to know the truth. But apparently they aren´t cleared for it."

Perhaps the President is not allowed to discuss the topic with Senior Intelligence Officials
who are not on a short and closely held "need to know" list.

One would hope (and naively expect) that "government of the people, by the people,
for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

Unfortunately the bitter history of secrets deemed too sensitive for consumption by
the man on the street and foreign governments, both friend and foe, remains a stumbling
block to further pursuit of the topic.

I take note of my previous line with a sense of disdain: the citizens of this nation and
foreign nationals, both good and bad, have been compartmented together under
an umbrella of national secrecy.

The historical record is pockmarked by ugly abuses of power, intended not for
the protection of the people, but to conceal the nefarious activities of select persons
and their shadow agendas.

And so we are left to look to our leaders, and the President of the United States,
for guidance as we gaze into the dark unknown. If we cannot see into the darkness,
and if the leader of our nation has "no need to know," then who remains
accountable to our collective future?

At least the President remains comfortably visible.

We know for certain, based upon government documents and personal accounts shared
by many past and present officials, there exists an interest in developing "crazy ideas"
like telepathy, psychic remote viewing, mind to mind influence, earth penetrating
gravity waves, anti-gravity propulsion, wormholes and warp drives, and other staples
from science fiction.

These exploits appear on the surface to be "extraterrestrial derived technology."

Less is known about the levels of government in-the-know: one declassified example
from the 1980s proves that TOP SECRET research into psychic warfare against terrorists
was a topic directed to the Deputy Secretary of Defense when "human-use" guidelines
required high-level approval.

It was the elder President H.W. Bush, a former DCI, who was later briefed on
the psychic programs as Vice President during the Reagan Administration.
With the officially sanctioned release of the CIA STAR GATE files,
we are able to prove the almost unbelievable depth of secrecy used to protect
"the men who stared at empty space" of their mind's eye in the 1980s.

It does give pause to the idea of obtaining any access to information
about an alleged alien presence.

The topic of psychic defense returned following 9/11, as told by British author
Jon Ronson in his book, THE MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS. Ronson's book
has been adapted into a fictional film starring George Clooney.

I have mentioned Ron Pandolfi, and Dan Smith's "repositioning" as it relates to
government disclosure of an alleged "extraterrestrial presence."

For Jon Ronson, the trail began with the search for "Ron," a mysterious intelligence official
psychic Uri Geller identified as the man who "reactivated" his services for
the Bush War on Terror.

A prior effort to dislodge the secrets was launched with the repositioning taking place
when Bill Clinton was elected, and Ron Pandolfi was involved as well.

The story is told by Grant Cameron at his http://www.presidentialufo.com website,
and involved familiar names like Laurance Rockefeller, his friendship with Hillary Clinton,
and many involved in the Bill Clinton Administration including Leon Panetta,
the current Director of Central Intelligence (DCI).

It is worth noting that the job of briefing the President was taken from the DCI and
handed to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). Pandolfi's last known position with
the Office of the DNI places him close to the primary authority for all US intelligence agencies.

It is also worth mentioning in 2006 Pandolfi passed email messages to US and foreign nationals
concerning a possible penetration of secure facilities, including some at Los Alamos,
by a former USAF agent named Rick Doty, under an agenda to see "who would take Rick's place"
in promoting a "core story" of extraterrestrial visitation.

Curiously this all went away without much fanfare, in spite of discussion of the FBI and
Justice Department and the fact that Doty continues to work for law enforcement in New Mexico.

When Pandolfi was publicly confronted concerning this release, he requested redaction
of specific detailed information concerning "sources and methods" and stated that
the entire affair was a "personal matter" to protect John Gannon, former Deputy Director
for Intelligence at CIA during the Clinton Administration.

John Gannon's name had been allegedly passed on by two "DIA sources"
who were never identified, according to Pandolfi's email.

Meanwhile Pandolfi maintained a personal interest in other alleged
"derived alien technology" including RAM -- Replication Alien Machine --
and ARV -- Alien Reproduction Vehicle.

A primary party interested in moving disclosure of the alleged RAM/ARV technologies
is Gordon Novel, a man notable for his "intelligence file" which goes back to
the Jim Garrison JFK assassination conspiracy investigation of the 1960s.

The "intelligence files" concerning Mr. Novel come from CIA, FBI, and ONI offices.

Based upon email exchanges I have seen, Pandolfi, the former CIA man and
ODNI scientific expert, apparently supports Mr. Novel's right to pursue
the alleged alien technology.

In recent years Mr. Novel, who was consulted by pop superstar Michael Jackson
according to a feature story in VANITY FAIR, has been more forthcoming
about his interest in the alleged ET technology.

Michael Jackson is a friend of Uri Geller, the UK based psychic star Jon Ronson
claims sent him on a search for "Ron" which uncovered the psychokinetic
heart-stopping "Men Who Stare at Goats."

Meanwhile Mr. Novel continues to promote the RAM/ARV quest which included
a quietly conducted confidential study by a major university on the effect of time machines
on human psychology.

This weird mixture of superstar personalities, scientific and techno-futurists,
government intelligence officials, foreign nationals, use of the Internet in violation
of government guidelines, and the personal agendas of the rich and strange has
evolved into a convoluted spy game.

Rather than pressing disclosure of government secrecy forward, the spy game disrupts
any serious attempt to engage the mainstream media for a sensible, reasoned evaluation
of what may truly be going on behind the scenes.

A few years ago Sharon Weinberger, a well known author and defense journalist
answered my request for a letter of reference on the topics of interest here.

Weinberger wrote, "The Pentagon and national security institutions are
a reflection of society --meaning, as in society, there are those who in the Pentagon
who believe in psychics, UFOs and similar things. Regardless of whether one agrees
with their view -- the fact that these officials have influenced policy is fascinating,
sometimes frightening, and certainly worth writing about."

It is time for the mainstream media to realize this is serious business:
these are the people who will help direct the future course of our nation's defense.

It is time to move ahead of the spy game and engage the issue in a calm,
clear, and unbiased fashion.

Information fed to the public directly impacts the national health and well being of
countless millions of individuals. Deliberate disinformation, fantasy, and unfounded
belief systems fed by quasi-official input from players at the spy game can and
often does make people sick.

An esteemed American hero, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth human being to walk on the moon,
has also called for a serious investigation based on rumors and roadblocks he has
encountered concerning an "extraterrestrial presence."

When Dr. Mitchell's comments about alien visitation were picked up by
the mainstream media last summer, he asked for my assistance in clarifying
that the truth remains opaque to him as well.

Dr. Mitchell pointed to an article from Jane's Defence Weekly,
the preeminent defense publication, where it was noted:

"An unacknowledged SAP [Special Access Program] -- a black program --
is a program considered so sensitive that the fact of its existence is a "core secret,"
defined in USAF regulations as "any item, progress, strategy or element of information,
the compromise of which would result in unrecoverable failure. In other words,
revealing the existence of a black program would undermine its military value."

What is the acceptable cost to be paid by the public at large to protect "military value"
-- especially when that protection appears to be making members of the public ill?

One item so secret it remained "in the black" for years was the existence of
a doomsday martial law order initialed by President Eisenhower.
The order was prepared and kept locked in a White House safe.

It was during those same dark years, when mortal men faced the untenable prospect
of restoring order following a nuclear holocaust, that the legends of crashed
flying saucers and alien recoveries are said to have taken place.

Nothing short of open intelligence committee hearings or action from the White House
will resolve these issues, which remain an open sore on the public consciousness.

55th anniversary of Eisenhower nuclear diplomacy with ET?

Did President Eisenhower have a meeting with extraterrestrial ambassadors on the evening
of Feb 20, 1954 to discuss the impending test of the largest U.S. hydrogen bomb ever detonated?
Rumors have circulated for years that President Eisenhower was secretly whisked away from
his family holiday at Palm Springs, California to Edwards Air Force base for a rendezvous with
ambassadors from another world. Alleged whistleblowers claiming to have seen photos or documents
concerning the meeting, or having actually attended the meeting itself, have over the years surfaced
to tell their astounding story. With the passage of time, many have passed away.
Some told family members who have revealed what they were told of Eisenhower’s remarkable meeting.
February 20, 2009 marks the 55th anniversary of this alleged meeting and
the nuclear diplomacy with extraterrestrial visitors that secretly occurred 9 days
before the Bravo Hydrogen bomb test on March 1, 1954. I first discussed the evidence
supporting the alleged Eisenhower extraterrestrial meeting in a 2003 study while still holding
an academic research position in the School of International Service at American University
in Washington D.C. Some of my research findings were contained in the first published book
on exopolitics where I described the policy implications of extraterrestrial life. The book’s release
coincided with the 50th anniversary of the alleged Eisenhower extraterrestrial meeting on
February 20, 2004. The alleged meeting was interesting enough for Peter Carlson from
the Washington Post to write a feature article that appeared on February 19 describing
the debate over Eisenhower’s whereabouts on the evening in question. I have since continued
my search for the ever elusive evidence of the alleged meeting. I have been successful in tracking down
additional witnesses and family members who claim that they saw events or documents associated
with Eisenhower’s secret extraterrestrial liaison. For example, the widow of a former Military Policeman,
claims that he witnessed Eisenhower visiting Edwards Air Force Base on the night in question.
Eisenhower entered a secure hangar with a flying saucer (the earlier term used for UFOs) inside
that was being guarded by the MP who was sworn to secrecy. Another military widow claims that
her husband saw photos of Eisenhower meeting extraterrestrials while he was stationed at the Pentagon.
Her husband was also sworn to secrecy. Another witness is a retired USAF medic, stationed at
the time near Palm Springs at George Air Force base. He claims that his medical unit was ordered
to provide stand by medical support in case of an emergency at nearby Norton Air Force base
where Eisenhower boarded a C-45. Eisenhower was then quickly flown to Palmdale, which is adjacent
to Edwards Air Force base. Furthermore, more testimonies have emerged confirming that
Edwards Air Force base was subjected to an unprecedented three day shut down during the period
of Eisenhower’s alleged visit. This is the first concrete proof that something with extraordinary
national security implications was taking place at Edwards Air Force Base during Eisenhower’s
California ‘holiday’. What has been especially surprising is the strong conviction of witnesses
and/or their family members who after more than 50 years remain convinced that President Eisenhower
was involved in an extraordinary meeting at Edwards Air Force base. Together with other
witness testimonies, a compelling case can finally be made that President Eisenhower did in fact
meet with extraterrestrials to conduct secret nuclear diplomacy on the night of February 20, 1954.
Eisenhower's famous Atom's for Peace speech at the United Nations just over two months before
the meeting on December 8, 1953, indicated that he supported ending nuclear weapons development
and testing. Eisenhower was not alone in his desire which apparently was shared by extraterestrials.
If he did meet with extraterrestrials on Feb 20, the detonation of the 15 Megaton Bravo Hydogen bomb
nine days later on March 1, 1954, clearly signalled the failure of the secret nuclear diplomacy.

U.S. military is liaising with extraterrestrial life according to independent sources

Independent sources have claimed an on-going set of face-to-face meetings between
U.S. military officials and extraterrestrial life. The sources reveal that senior U.S. Navy officers
have played a leading role in an inter-services working group responsible for the meetings,
and that different extraterrestrial groups are allegedly involved. One source claims that
the contact involves extraterrestrial groups known as Reptilians, and a silicon based life
form dubbed ‘the Conformers’. Another source claims that the extraterrestrials are called
Ebens from the Zeta Reticuli star system, but known colloquially as the Grays. A third source
claims that human looking extraterrestrials representing an association of star nations are liaising
with military officials. Two of the sources have been interviewed by this writer who has been
aware of their claims for more than a year, and finds them credible. The similarities in these
independent reports gives reason to conclude that an ongoing program of secret meetings
involving senior military personal from the U.S. Navy and other military services with one or more
extraterrestrial civilizations is underway. One source claiming to have participated in face-to-face
meetings is a serving U.S. Navy officer that in February 2008 revealed the existence of a confidential set
of meetings at the UN where UFOs and extraterrestrial life were discussed. Known as Source A,
the Navy officer claims that he was sanctioned by a working group comprising a number of admirals
to disclose the UN talks without revealing his identity. In June 2008, Source A claims he was assigned
to another project that involved direct meetings with two groups of extraterrestrials in a covert project
where he was sanctioned to board their spacecraft on three different occasions. One group is
a Reptilian looking species, and another is a silicon based life form he dubbed
the ‘Conformers’.
This author and a number of other researchers have met with and interviewed Source A,
and have been able to confirm that he is a serving U.S. Navy officer. Recently, two New York based
UFO investigators, Clay and Shawn Pickering, gave a three hour interview concerning Source A’s
involvement in a covert project involving face-to-face meetings with extraterrestrial life.
They revealed that a covert inter-services working group has attempted to brief
President Obama about the extraterrestrial liaison project. Given Source A’s identity
and unlikelihood that more senior U.S. Navy officials would sanction a serving officer
to openly misinform the general public over extraterrestrial life, there is reason to take
his claims of participating in a covert project involving face-to-face meetings very seriously.
An anonymous source associated with the Defense Intelligence Agency recently claimed that
military officials on November 12, 2009, met with extraterrestrials called Ebens, from
the Zeta Reticula star system, on Akau Atoll in the Johnston Islands. The alleged meeting
was part of an ongoing set of diplomatic discussions and exchanges that date several decades.
The information was the latest installment related to an alleged classified project called Serpo,
a secret exchange program with extraterrestrial visitors from Zeta Reticulum.
According to Victor Martinez, who maintains a large email list
where he distributes Project Serpo reports released to him by ‘anonymous’:

the Ebens met on Akau Island with a total of 18 representatives from
the U.S., United Nations, Russia, China, the Vatican and certain other guests.
U.S. representatives are said to have included five military personnel, two intelligence officers,
one linguist and one person representing the Obama administration. The Johnston Islands
are a U.S. territory and lie 750 miles south west of Honolulu. That places the Islands
directly under the military authority of Pacific Command
that historically has been run by the U.S. Navy. Although the latest Project Serpo release does not
identify the service of the five military personnel at the alleged meeting, the choice of Johnston Atoll
suggests a leading role for U.S. Navy officials in the latest face-to-face meeting. The Serpo story raises
considerable controversy with many inconsistencies in the claims of the sources revealing
the Serpo information. Nevertheless, there are many events revealed in the Serpo story that are
very likely based on real events such as President Reagan being secretly briefed at some point
about extraterrestrial life. A number of Reagan’s public statements are circumstantial evidence that
he did receive such a briefing. An alleged transcript of the briefing was released as part of
the Serpo material in November 2007. This author’s assessment is that the Serpo releases mix real events
with fiction in an officially sanctioned acclimation program. While the Serpo material requires much
discernment given the level of disinformation in it, it is very likely that it accurately reveals
the existence of secret military meetings with extraterrestrials, but mixes this with contrived details.
The implicit leading role of the U.S. Navy in the alleged Akau meeting is consistent with the revelations
of Source A. The third and final anonymous source has revealed face-to-face meetings between
U.S. military officials and human looking representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations. Again officers
from the U.S. Navy are described as playing an active role, and are deeply involved in promoting
public disclosure of the existence of extraterrestrial life. What distinguishes this alleged set of military
meetings with extraterrestrials is that according to the source, the meetings were
convened due to distrust over the way a covert international control group initially
called “MJ-12” ” (current name unknown), has been managing information and
technology concerning extraterrestrial life.
The various military representatives were apparently shocked over the extent to which
“MJ-12” has deceived them in oversight and management of extraterrestrial affairs. In conclusion,
there is very real dissatisfaction in the U.S. military, especially officers from
the Navy, over the way in which extraterrestrial affairs has been secretly run
and managed by a covert transnational group initially known as “MJ-12.
The dissatisfaction can be traced back to an incident involving a Vice-Admiral serving
as the head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff who was denied access to a covert
extraterrestrial related project under corporate control. The incident was in June 2008 publicly
revealed on Larry King Live by former Apollo Astronaut Edgar Mitchell (see video clip).
Since at least 1997, groups of U.S. Navy officers through covert inter-service working groups
have been trying to restore military/government oversight over extraterrestrial affairs that
has been increasingly privatized in the corporate world.



The details of alleged face to face meetings between U.S. military/Navy personnel with
extraterrestrial life is not known with great accuracy due to conflicting accounts of representatives
of what occurred at such meetings. Nevertheless, given three independent sources reveal such meetings,
two of which have been personally confirmed by the author as credible, it can be concluded that
extraterrestrial military liaisons are currently underway. Retired officers from the two military services
making up the Department of the Navy (US Navy and US Marine Corps) feature prominently in
the Obama administration. These include Dennis Blair, Director of National Intelligence (ret Admiral, USN);
James Jones, National Security Advisor (ret. General, USMC); and Charles Bolden, NASA Administrator
(ret. General, USMC). Consequently, a U.S. military extraterrestrial liaison program that is being leaked
to the public by US Navy officers from a covert inter-services working group will encourage
the Obama administration to move forward with a public announcement concerning
the reality of extraterrestrial life.

Around April 1991, Dick Cheney was taken inside a secret underground facility located in
a remote area in Nevada adjacent to Nellis Air Force base to view captured flying saucers and
dead extraterrestrial bodies. The startling claims were made by a former security guard at the facility
who in October 1991 gave his testimony on video. The guard had documents and photos supporting
his claims of working on the secret facility called S-4. The guard, Derek Hennessy,
used the pseudonym Connor O’Ryan in giving his testimony in a set of interviews with
Lt Col Wendelle Stevens (USAF, ret.) and his associate Gem Cox. O’Ryan/Hennessy claims
he had worked for 8/9 years as a Navy SEAL and performed various covert operations.
He said that 18 of these missions were assassinations sanctioned by the CIA
or other agencies.
During the last nine months of his military service in 1991, he worked at the remote S-4 facility
which had stringent security procedures. It appeared that the isolation and security at S-4 helped
assassins hide their trail after missions. O’Ryan/Hennessy described his work on the second level
of the S-4 facility. S-4 employed approximately 75 personnel on levels 1 and 2.
He said he was aware of a further two levels of the facility, but was never allowed to enter levels 3 and 4.
He said that approximately 12-15 personnel worked at Levels 3 & 4. His primary duty was to guard
the elevators to them which required three keys, a thumbprint and a retinal scan to open.
O’Ryan/Hennessy described the hangar facilities on level two for storing the seven flying saucers
retrieved from various crash sites. There were ten hangar bays in total. The facility was described
as “the museum” suggesting it was designed to store advanced extraterrestrial technologies
that had been superceded. He revealed how one or more of the flying saucers would be raised to
the surface for a flight test. This would only occur when no Russian or other spy satellites
were passing overhead. All testing would stop when satellites were detected. He also described
seven tubes with bodies of extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) typically described as Grays.
A biologist would regularly check the fluids to maintain the right temperature and fluid mix to
maintain the bodies. In addition to the photos he showed to two witnesses, O’Ryan/ Hennessy
drew pictures in his taped interview describing the facilities. O’Ryan/Hennessy
described the day Cheney visited as around the time when the U.S. was closing military bases
at the end of the Cold War. Cheney was accompanied by three other officials and escorted
by two base security personnel. He said Cheney only visited the first two levels of
the S-4 facility and saw both the flying saucers and the bodies of dead extraterrestrials.
O’Ryan/Hennessy said:

I was on level two at the time of his visit … and I watched him go in and he went into
the back building and we were called up to guard the front of the hangar areas. …
He saw the bodies too – the seven little grey people.



A supercomputer and photo analysis expert, Jim Dilettoso, allowed O’Ryan/Hennessy to stay
at his property for a month. Dilettoso said O’Ryan/Hennessy showed both him and
Gem Cox photographs allegedly taken at S-4. He saw photos of what appeared to be
extraterrestrial vehicles, and extraterrestrial bodies in glass tubes. He also saw a photo
with Dick Cheney standing on a balcony allegedly inside the S-4 facility viewing the area
below with the flying saucers and bodies while O’Connor/Hennessy was allegedly on duty.
Dilettoso also recognized the former Director of the National Security Agency,
Admiral Bobby Ray Inman (USN ret.) as one of the officials in the photo with Cheney.
How credible is O’Ryan’s/Hennessy’s testimony? The most significant documentary
evidence is the W-2 obtained by Stevens (see slide show). The control number (45851),
Employer Identification Number (95-6593572) and Employers State ID (2464423P) were checked
and confirmed by Stevens’ FBI contact. According to the FBI contact, O’Ryan/Hennessy had been “deprogrammed and reprogrammed” after being taken back in to covert programs by the CIA
and Naval intelligence on various covert assignments. The W-2 and numbers can be investigated
for independent confirmation. Furthermore, O’Ryan/Hennessy revealed many details in his video
testimony to Wendelle Stevens and Gem Cox about his background and events, that can also be
investigated for corroboration. Finally, O’Ryan/Hennessy stayed for a month with supercomputer
and photo analysis expert, Jim Dilettoso who along with Cox witnessed his photos and a duty roster
that O’Ryan/Hennessy showed him. Dilettoso also described a bizarre incident that changed
his initial skepticism towards O’Ryan//Hennessy’s amazing story. Returning from a 1991
Thanksgiving party that O’Ryan/Hennessy attended, Dilettoso found a package at the inside
front gate of his ranch. Thinking it was for him, Dilettoso took it. When it was later opened,
a severed finger was found along with a threatening note directed at O’Ryan/Hennessy
to return photos and other evidence of S-4. Together with other strange episodes indicating
close surveillance by a mysterious group of people, Dilettoso decided it was time for
O’Ryan/Hennessy to leave. O’Ryan/Hennessy says he decided to come forward after
he was told that he had contracted a virulent form of Hodgkin’s disease. Being 29 at the time,
and in good health with no history of the disease in his family, he suspected that he was
being set up for elimination. In retaliation, he decided to become a whistleblower and release
photographs taken at S-4. O’Ryan//Hennessy’s remarkable testimony, if substantiated,
clearly reveals that Richard Cheney while Secretary of Defense, had directly witnessed S-4,
and covert programs involving extraterrestrial life and technology. That may explain why
George Bush deferred to Cheney during the 2000 Presidential Campaign on a question
concerning when UFO information would be released: "It will be the first thing he
(pointing to Cheney) will do. He'll get right on it." Alas, after a tumultuous eight years
as Vice-President, Cheney never chose to disclose anything about his alleged visit to S-4,
and knowledge of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The Origin, Identity and Purpose of MJ-12

During the years following World War II, the government of the United States was confronted
with a series of events which were to change beyond prediction its future and with it the future
of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief. A stunned President Truman
and his top military Commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won
the most devastating and costly war in history.

The United States had developed, used, and was the only nation on earth in possession of
the Atomic Bomb which alone had the potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth itself.
At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology,
the highest standard of living, exerted the most influence, and fielded the largest and
most powerful military forces in history.

We can only imagine the confusion and concern when the informed elite of the United States
Government discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by insect-like beings from a totally
incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert of New Mexico.

Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed or downed alien craft, 65 alien bodies,
and 1 live alien were recovered. An additional alien craft had exploded and nothing was recovered
from that incident. Of these incidents, 13 occurred within the borders of the United States not
including the craft which disintegrated in the air. Of these 13, 1 was in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico,
and 1 was in Nevada.

Three occurred in foreign countries. Of those 1 was in Norway, and the last 2 were in Mexico.
Sightings of UFO's were so numerous that serious investigation and debunking of each report
became impossible utilizing the existing intelligence assets.

Alien-Earth Presence

An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948 on a mesa near Aztec, New Mexico.
Another craft was located on March 25, 1948 in Hart Canyon near Aztec, New Mexico.
It was 100 feet in diameter. A total of 17 alien bodies were recovered from those two craft.
Of even greater significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts stored
within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its ugly head and paranoia quickly took hold
of everyone then "in the know."

The secret lid immediately became an Above Top Secret lid and was screwed down tight.
The security blanket was even tighter than that imposed upon the Manhattan Project.
In the coming years these events were to become the most closely guarded secrets
in the history of the world.

A special group of America's top scientists were organized and a program under the name
Project Sign was created in December of 1947 to study the phenomenon. The whole nasty business
was contained within the shroud of secrecy. Project Sign evolved into Project Grudge in
December of 1948. A low level collection and disinformation project named Blue Book
was formed under Grudge. 16 volumes were to come out of Grudge including the controversial
"Grudge 13" which I and Bill English saw, read, and revealed to the public. "Blue Teams"
were put together to recover the crashed disks and dead or alive aliens. The Blue Teams
were later to evolve into Alpha Teams under Project Pounce.

During these early years the United States Air Force and the CIA exercised complete control
over the Alien Secret. In fact the CIA was formed by Presidential Executive Order first as
the Central Intelligence Group for the express purpose of dealing with the alien presence.

Later the National Security Act (NSA) was established to oversee the intelligence community
and especially the alien endeavor. A series of National Security Council memos and Executive Orders
removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering foreign intelligence and slowly but thoroughly
"legalized" direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad.

Intelligence Gathering

On December 9, 1947, Truman approved issuance of NSC-4, entitled "Coordination of
Foreign Intelligence Information Measures" at the urging of Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal,
Patterson, and the director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff, Kennan.

The Foreign and Military Intelligence, Book 1,
"Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental operations with respect to Intelligence Activities.",
United States Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, page 49 states:

"This directive empowered the secretary of state to coordinate overseas
information activities designed to counter communism."

A top secret annex to NSC-4, NSC-4A, instructed the director of Central Intelligence to undertake
covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC-4. The initial authority given
the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either
coordinating or approving these operations.

It simply directed the DCI to "undertake covert actions and ensure, through liaison with
State and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American policy."

Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand the covert
abilities even further. The Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out
an expanded program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 validated illegal and
extra-legal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership.
The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community "no holes were barred".

Under NSC-10/1 an Executive Coordination Group, was established to review, but not approve,
covert project proposals. The CG was secretly tasked to coordinate the alien projects.
NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about
anything until it was over and successful. These actions established a buffer between
the President and the information. It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for
the President to deny knowledge if leaks divulged the true state of affairs.

This buffer was used in later years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding
Presidents from the knowledge of the alien presence other than what the Secret Government
and the intelligence community wanted them to know. NSC-10/2 established a study panel
which met secretly and was made up of scientific minds of the day.

The study panel was NOT called MJ-12. Another NSC memo, NSC-10/5 further outlined
the duties of the study panel. These NSC memos and secret Executive Orders set the stage
for the creation of MJ-12 only 4 years later.

First Victim of the Cover-up

Secretary of defense James Forrestal began to object to the secrecy. He was a very idealistic
and religious man who believed that the public should be told. When he began to talk to
leaders of the opposition party and leaders of congress about the alien problem he was asked
to resign by Truman. He expressed his fears to many people and rightfully believed that
he was being watched. This was interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts
as paranoia.

Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown and was admitted to
Bethesda Naval Hospital. In fact it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again and
he had to be isolated and discredited. Sometime in the early morning of May 22, 1949
agents of the CIA tied a sheet around his neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room
and threw James Forrestal out the window.

The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death. He became one of the first victims of the cover-up.

EBE

The live alien that had been taken from the 1947 Roswell crash was named EBE. The name had been
suggested by Dr. Vannever Bush and was short for Extraterrestrial Biological Entity.
EBE had a tendency to lie and for over a year would give only the desired answer to
questions asked. Those questions which would have resulted in an undesirable answer
went unanswered.

At some point during the second year of captivity he began to open up and the information derived
from EBE was startling, to say the least. This compilation of his revelations became the foundation
of what would later be called the "Yellow Book". Photographs were taken of EBE which,
among others, I and Bill English were to view years later in GRUDGE 13. In late 1951 EBE became ill.
Medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of EBE's illness and had no background
from which to draw.

EBE's system was chlorophyll based and he processed food into energy much the same as plants.
Waste material was excreted the same as plants. It was decided that an expert on botany was called for.
A botanist, Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to try and help him recover. Dr. Mendoza worked
to save EBE until mid-1952 when EBE died. Dr. Mendoza became an expert on alien biology.

In a futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior alien race
the United States began broadcasting a call for help early in 1952 into the vast regions of space.
The call went unanswered but the project continued as an effort of good faith.

Creation of the NSA

President Truman created the super secret National Security Agency (NSA) by secret
Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien communications
and language and establish a dialogue with the aliens. This most urgent task was a continuation
of the earlier effort and was code named SIGMA.

The secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and emissions from
any and all devices worldwide for the purpose of gathering intelligence, both human and alien,
and to contain the secret of the alien presence.

Project SIGMA was successful. The NSA also maintains communications with the Luna base
and other secret space programs. By Executive Order the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not
specifically name the NSA in the text of the law as being subject to that law. That means that
if the agency is not spelled out in the text of any and every law passed by the Congress it is not
subject to that or those laws. The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact is the premiere
agency within the intelligence community.

Today NSA receives 75% of the moneys allotted to the intelligence community. The old saying
"where the money goes therein the power resides" is true. The DCI today is a figure head
maintained as a public ruse. The primary task of the NSA is still alien communications
but now includes other Alien projects as well.

President Truman had been keeping our allies, including the Soviet Union,
informed of the developing alien problem since the Roswell recovery. This had been done
in case the aliens turned out to be a threat to the human race. Plans were formulated to
defend the Earth in case of invasion.

Great difficulty was encountered in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that
an outside group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in order to hide
the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by the press. The result was the formation
of a secret society known as the "Bilderbergers". [editor's note: they are better known as
the "Bilderberg Group"] The headquarters of this group is in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Bilderbergers evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything.
The United Nations was then, and is now, an international joke.

A New President

In 1953 a new man occupied the White House. He was a man used to a structured staff organization
with a chain of command. His method was to delegate authority and rule by committee.
He made major decisions but only when his advisors were unable to come to consensus.
His normal method was to read through or listen to several alternatives and then approve one.

Those who worked closely with him have stated that his favorite comment was,
"just do whatever it takes". He spent a lot of time on the golf course. This was not all unusual
for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position of Supreme Allied Commander
during the war. A post which carried 5 stars along with it. This president was General of the Army
Dwight David Eisenhower.

During his first year in office, 1953, at least 10 more alien crashed disks were recovered along with
26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10, 4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico,
1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings.

Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it
by revealing the secret to the Congress. Early in 1953 the new president turned to his friend and
fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Nelson Rockefeller for help with the alien problem.

Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien task supervision
which was to become a reality within one year. The idea for MJ-12 was thus born.
It was Nelson's Uncle Winthrop Aldrich who had been crucial in convincing Eisenhower
to run for President.

The whole Rockefeller family and with them the Rockefeller empire had solidly backed Ike.
Asking Rockefeller for help with the alien problem was to be the biggest mistake Eisenhower
ever made for the future of the United States and most probably all of humanity.

Within 1 week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller chairman of
a Presidential Advisory Committee on Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible
for planning the reorganization of the government. New Deal programs went into 1 single
cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. When the Congress
approved the new cabinet position in April of 1953, Nelson was named to the post of
Undersecretary to Oveta Culp Hobby.

Heading For Earth

In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving towards Earth.
It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only
be spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communication. When the objects reached
the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships,
and their actual intent was unknown.

Project Sigma, and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer
binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien
beings from another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations
with this alien race of space aliens.

In the meantime a race of human-looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government.
[editor's note: those were probably from the so-called "Galactic Confederation"] This alien group
warned us against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator and offered to help us with
our spiritual development.

They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition.
They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle
the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology
to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self-destruction and we must stop
killing each other, stop polluting the earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources,
and learn to live in harmony.
These terms were met with extreme suspicion especially the major condition
of nuclear disarmament.
It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of
an obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the decision.
Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States.
The overtures were rejected.

Later in 1954 the race of large nosed gray aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed
at Holloman Air Force base. A basic agreement was reached. This race identified themselves
as originating from a planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion which we call Betelgeuse.
They stated that their planet was dying and that at some unknown future time they wouldn't be
able to survive there. This led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force base.

The historical event had been planned in advance and details of the treaty had been agreed upon.
Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation. On the appointed day the President was
spirited away to the base and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist.

Formal Treaty Signed

President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty between the alien nation and
the United States of America was signed. We then received our first alien ambassador from
outer space. His name and title was his "Omnipotent Highness Krlll", pronounced Krill.

In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles, he was secretly called "Original Hostage Krlll".
You should know that the alien flag is known as the "Trilateral Insignia". It is displayed on their craft
and worn on their uniforms. Both of these landings and the second meeting were filmed.

The treaty stated:

• The aliens would not interfere in our affairs and
  we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on
  Earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and
  would help us in our technological development. They would not make
  any treaty with any other earth nation.
  
• They could abduct humans on
  a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination
  and monitoring of our development with the stipulation that the
  humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of
  abduction, that the humans would have no memory of the event, and
  that the alien nation would furnish MJ-12 a list of all human
  contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis.
  
• It was agreed that each nation would receive the ambassador of the other for as
  long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the
  alien nation and the United States would exchange 16 personnel each
  to the other with the purpose of learning, each of the other.
  
  

Underground Bases

The alien "guests" would remain on Earth and the "human guests" would travel to the alien point
of origin for a specified period of time then return, at which point a reverse exchange would be made.
It was also agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of the alien nation and
that 2 bases would be constructed for the joint use of the alien nation and the United States government.

Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. These alien bases would be
constructed under Indian reservations in the four corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona,
and Colorado, and one would be constructed in Nevada in the area known as S-4 located
approximately 7 miles south of the western border of Area 51.

All alien bases are under complete control of the Department of Naval Intelligence and all personnel
who work in these complexes receive their checks from the Navy. Construction of the bases began
immediately but progress was slow until large amounts of money were made available in 1957.
Work continued on the "Yellow Book".

Area 51 and S-4

Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation in test flying alien aircraft was begun in earnest.
A super top-secret facility was built at Groom Lake in Nevada in the midst of the weapons test range.
It was code named DREAMLAND. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy
and clearance of all personnel required "Q" clearance as well as Executive (Presidential) approval.

This is ironic due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance
to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area
known as S-4. Area S-4 was code named "The Dark Side of the Moon".

The Army was tasked to form a super secret organization to furnish security for all alien tasked projects.
This organization became the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado.
The specific teams trained to secure the projects were called DELTA.


A second project code named SNOWBIRD was promulgated to explain away any sightings of
the REDLIGHT crafts as being Air Force experiments. The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured
using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several occasions. Project SNOWBIRD
was also used to debunk legitimate public sightings of alien craft (UFO's). Project SNOWBIRD
was very successful and reports from the public decline steadily until recent years.

Secret Funding

A multi-million dollar secret fund was organized and kept by
the Military Office of the White House. This fund was used to build over
75 deep underground facilities. Presidents who asked were told the fund was used
to build deep underground shelters for the President in case of war.

Only a few were built for the President. Millions of dollars were funneled through this office
to MJ-12 and then out to the contractors and was used to build top-secret alien bases as well
as top-secret DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases), and facilities promulgated
by "Alternative 2", throughout the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build
a movie theatre and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of its purpose.

The secret White House Underground Construction fund was set up in 1957 by
President Eisenhower. The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of,

"construction and maintenance of secret sites where the President could be
taken in case of military attack: Presidential Emergency Sites".

The sites are literally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast and are
out fitted with state of the art communications equipment. To date there are more than
seventy five sites spread around the country which were built using money from this fund.
The Atomic Energy Commission has built at least an additional 22 underground sites.

The location and everything to do with these sites were and are considered and treated
as top-secret. The money was and is in control of the Military Office of the White House,
and was and is laundered through a circuitous web that even the most knowledgeable
spy or accountant can not follow. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and end
of this web knew what the money was for.

At the beginning were Representative George Mahon, of Texas, and the chairman of
the House Appropriations Committee and of its Defense Subcommittee: and Representative
Robert Sikes, of Florida, chairman of the House Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee.
Today it is rumored that House Speaker Jim Wright controls the money in Congress and that
a power struggle is underway to remove him. At the end of the line were the President, MJ-12,
the director of the Military Office and a commander at the Washington Navy Yard.

The money was authorized by the Appropriation Committee who allocated it to
the Department of Defense as a top-secret item in the army construction program.
The Army, however, could not spend it and in fact did not even know what it was for.
Authorization to spend the money was in reality given to the Navy.

The money was channeled to the Chesapeake Division of the Navy Engineers who did not know
what it was for either. Not even the Commanding Officer, who was an Admiral, knew what the fund
was to be used for. Only one man, a Navy Commander, who was assigned to the Chesapeake Division
but in reality was responsible only to the Military Office of the White House knew of
the actual purpose, amount, and ultimate destination of the top-secret fund.

The total secrecy surrounding the fund meant that almost every trace of it could be made
to disappear by the very few people who controlled it. There has never been and most likely
never will be an audit of this secret money.

Large amounts of money were transferred from the top-secret fund to a location at Palm Beach,
Florida that belongs to the Coast Guard called Peanut Island. The island is adjacent to property
which was owned by Joseph Kennedy. The money was said to have been used for
landscaping and general beautification.

Some time ago a TV news special on the Kennedy assassination told of a Coast Guard Officer
transferring money in a briefcase to a Kennedy employee across this property line. Could this
have been a secret payment to the Kennedy family for the loss of their son John F. Kennedy?
The payments continued through the year 1967 and then stopped. The total amount
transferred is unknown and the actual use of the money is unknown.

Meanwhile, Nelson Rockefeller changed positions again. This time he was to take C.D. Jackson's
old position which had been called the Special Assistant for Psychological Strategy.
With Nelson's appointment the name was changed to the Special Assistant for Cold War Strategy.

This position would evolve over the years into the same position Henry Kissinger
was ultimately to hold under President Nixon. Officially he was to give "Advice and assistance
in development of increased understanding and cooperation among all peoples".

The official description was a smoke screen for security he was the Presidential Coordinator
for the Intelligence Community. In his new post, Rockefeller reported directly, and only, to the President.
He attended meetings of the Cabinet, the Council on Foreign Economic Policy, and
the National Security Council which was the highest policy-making body in the government.

Nelson Rockefeller was also given a second important job as the head of a secret unit called
the Planning Coordination Group which was formed under NSC 5412/1 in March of 1955.
The group consisted of different ad hoc members depending on the subject of the agenda.
The basic members were Rockefeller, a representative of the Department of State,
and the Director of Central Intelligence.

It was soon called the "3412 Committee" of the "Special Group". NSC 5412/1 established the rule
that covert operations were subject to approval by an executive committee, whereas in the past
these operations were initiated solely on the authority of the Director of Central Intelligence.

Founding of MJ-12

By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5410, Eisenhower had preceded
NSC 5412/1 in 1954 to establish a permanent committee (not ad hoc) to be known as
Majority Twelve (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert activities concerned with
the alien question. NSC 5412/1 was created to explain the purpose of these meetings
when Congress and the Press became curious.

These men were all members of a secret society of scholars that called themselves
"The Jason Society", or "The Jason Scholars" who recruited their members from
the "Skull and Bones" and the "Scroll and Key"societies of Harvard and Yale.

The "Wise Men" were key members of the Council on Foreign Relations. There were 12 members
including the first 6 from government positions thus Majority Twelve. This group was made up
over the years of the top officers and directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later
the Trilateral Commission.

Gordan Dean, George Bush, and Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them.

The most important and influential of the "Wise Men" who served on MJ-12 were:

It is significant that President Eisenhower as well as the first six MJ-12 members from
the government were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Thorough researchers will soon discover that not all of the "Wise Men" attended Harvard or Yale
and not all of them were chosen for "Skull and Bones" or "Scroll and Key" membership during
their college years. You will be able to quickly clear up this mystery by obtaining the book
"The Wise Men" by Walter Issacson and Even Thomas.

Under illustration #9 in the center of the book you will find the caption,

"Lovett with the Yale Unit, above far right, and on the beach his initiation
into Skull and Bones came at an air base near Dunkirk".

I have found that members were chosen on an ongoing basis by invitation based upon
merit post college and was not confined to only Harvard or Yale attendees.

A chosen few were later initiated into the Jason Society. They are all members of the Council
on Foreign Relations and at that time were known as the "Eastern Establishment". This should
give you a clue to the far reaching and serious nature of these most secret college societies.

The Jason Society is alive and well today but now includes members of the Trilateral Commission as well.
The Trilateralists existed secretly several years BEFORE 1973. The name of the Trilateral Commission
was taken from the alien flag known as the "Trilateral Insignia" (seeabove image).

Majority Twelve was to survive right up to the present day.

• In the Johnson administration it became the "303 Committee" because the name 5412 had
  been compromised in the book "The Secret Government", actually NSC

Over all those years only the name changed.

Deception and Mutilations

By 1955 it became obvious the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty.
Mutilated humans were being found along with mutilated animals all across the United States.
It was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and
abductees to MJ-12 and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned.
The Soviet Union was suspected of interacting with them and this proved to be true.

It was learned that the aliens had been and were then manipulating masses of people through
secret societies, witchcraft, magic, the occult, and religion. After several Air Force combat air engagements
with alien craft it also became apparent that our weapons were no match against them.

In November 1955, NSC 5412/2 was issued establishing a study committee to explore
"All factors which are involved in making and implementing of foreign policy in the nuclear age."
This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real subject of study, the alien question.

The Study Group

By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5411 in 1954, President Eisenhower had commissioned
the study group to "examine all the facts, evidence, lies, and deception and discover the truth of
the alien question."

NSC5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press began inquiring
as to the purpose of regular meetings of such important men.

The second phase meetings were also held at the Marine Base at Quantico Virginia and
the group became known as Quantico II.Nelson Rockefeller built a retreat somewhere
in Maryland which could only be reached by air for MJ-12 and the study committee so that
they could meet away from public scrutiny. This secret meeting place is known by
the code name "The Country Club". Complete living, eating, recreation, library,
and meeting facilities exist at the location.

The study group was "publicly" closed in the later months of 1958 and Henry Kissinger
published what was officially termed the results in 1957 as "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy"
by Henry A. Kissinger, published for the Council on Foreign Relations by Harper & Brothers,
New York. In truth the manuscript had already been 80% written while Kissinger was at Harvard.
The study group continued veiled in secrecy.

A clue to the seriousness Kissinger attached to the study can be found in statements by
his wife and friends. Many of them stated that Henry would leave home early each morning
and return late each night without speaking to anyone or responding to anyone.
It seemed as if he were in another world which held no room for anyone else.

These statements are very revealing. The revelations of the alien presence and actions
during the study must have been a great shock. Henry Kissinger was definitely out of character
during time surrounding these meetings. He would never again be affected in this manner
no matter the seriousness of any subsequent event. On many occasions he would workvery late
into the night after having already put in a full day. This behavior eventually led to divorce.

A major finding of the alien study was that the public could not be told as it was believed that
this would most certainly lead to economic collapse, collapse of the religious structure,
and national panic which would lead into anarchy. Secrecy thus continued.

An offshoot of this finding was that if the public could not be told then the Congress could not be told,
thus funding for the projects and research would have to come from outside the government.
In the meantime money was to be obtained from the military budget and from CIA
confidential non-appropriated funds.

Genetic Experimentation

Another major finding was the aliens were using humans and animals for a source of
glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, blood, and in horrible genetic experiments.
The aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They stated that their
genetic structure had deteriorated and that they were no longer able to reproduce.
They stated that if they were unable to improve their genetic structure their race
would soon cease to exist.

We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion. Since our weapons were literally
useless against the aliens, MJ-12 decided to continue friendly diplomatic relations with them
until such time as we were able to develop a technology which would enable us to
challenge them on a military basis.

Overtures would have to be made to the Soviet Union, and other nations, to join forces for
the survival of humanity. In the meantime plans were developed to research and construct
two weapons systems using conventional and nuclear technology which would hopefully
bring us to parity.

The results of the research were Projects JOSHUA and EXCALIBUR.

Joshua was a weapon captured from the Germans which at that time was capable of
shattering 4" thick armor plate at a range of two miles using low frequency sound waves,
and it was believed that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and
beam weapons.

Excalibur was a weapon carried by missile not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL,
not to deviate from designated target more than 50 meters, would penetrate 1,000 meters
of tufa hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico, would carry a one megaton warhead,
and was intended for use in destroying the aliens in their underground bases.

Joshua was developed successfully but never used to my knowledge. Excalibur was not
pushed until recent years and now there is an unprecedented effort to develop this weapon.

The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were scrutinized. On suspicion that
it was alien manipulation, an intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy
surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles that had been recruited and
nurtured during WWII and soon obtained the entire Vatican study which included the prophecy.
This prophecy stated that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of Christ
the planet would self-destruct and the events described in the book of Revelations
would indeed come to pass. It stated that a child would be born who would unite the world
with a plan for world peace and a false religion beginning in 1992.

By 1995 the people would discern that he was evil and was indeed the Anti-Christ. World War III
would begin in the Middle East in 1995 with an invasion of Israel by a United Arab nation using
conventional weapons which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust in the year 1999.

Between 1999 and 2003 most of the life on this planet would suffer horribly and die as a result.
The return of Christ would occur in the year 2011.

When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed that it was true.
The aliens explained that they had created us through hybridization and had
manipulated the human race through religion, satanism, witchcraft, magic, and the occult.
They further explained that they were capable of time travel and the events would
indeed come to pass.

Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and the Soviet Union utilizing
time travel confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram which they claimed was
the actual crucifixion of Christ , which the government filmed. We did not know
whether to believe them or not.
Were they using genuine religions to manipulate us, or were they indeed
the source of our religions with which they had been manipulating us all along?
Or was this the beginning of the genuine end times and the return of Christ
which had been predicted in the Bible? No one knew the answer.

A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the greatest scientific minds
then living. They reached the conclusion that by or shortly after the year 2,000 the planet
would self destruct due to increased population and man's exploitation of the environment
without any help from God or the aliens.

Alternatives 1, 2, and 3

By secret Executive Order of President Eisenhower, the Jason Scholars were ordered
to study this scenario and make recommendations called "Alternatives 1, 2, and 3".

• "Alternative 1" was to use nuclear devices to blast holes in the stratosphere from
  which the heat and pollution would escape into space. Change the
  human cultures from that of exploitation into cultures of
  environmental protection. Of the three this was decided to be the
  least likely to succeed due the inherent nature of man and the
  additional damage the nuclear explosions would themselves create.
  
  
• "Alternative 2" was to build a vast network of underground cities
  and tunnels in which a select representation of all cultures and
  occupations would survive and carry on the human race. The rest of
  humanity would be left to fend for themselves on the surface of the planet.
  
  
• "Alternative 3" was to exploit the alien and conventional
  technology in order for a select few to leave the Earth and
  establish colonies in outer space. I am not able to confirm nor deny
  the existence of "Batch Consignments" of human slaves which would be
  used for the manual labor in the effort as part of the plan.
  The Moon, code named "Adam", would be the object of primary interest
  followed by the planet Mars, code named "Eve". [/size]
  

As a delaying action, all three alternatives included birth control, sterilization, and
the introduction of deadly microbes to control or slow the growth of the Earth's population.
AIDS is only one result of these plans. There are others. It was decided since
the population must be reduced and controlled that it would be in the best interest of
the human race to rid ourselves of the undesirable elements of our society.

The joint U.S. & Soviet leadership dismissed "Alternative 1" but ordered work to begin
on "Alternative 2 and 3" virtually at the same time.

In 1959 the Rand Corporation hosted a Deep Underground Construction Symposium.
In the Symposium report, machines are pictured and described which could bore
a tunnel 45 feet in diameter at the rate of 5 feet per hour. It also displays pictures of huge tunnels
and underground vaults containing what appear to be complex facilities and possibly even cities.
It appears that the previous 5 years of all out underground construction had made significant
progress by that time.

The ruling powers decided that one means of funding the alien connected and other
black market projects was to corner the illegal drug market. A young ambitious member of
the Council on Foreign Relations was approached. His name is George Bush who at the time
was president and C.E.O. of Zapata Oil based in Texas.

Zapata Oil was experimenting with the new technology of offshore drilling. It was correctly thought
that the drugs could be shipped from South America to the offshore platforms by fishing boat
where it would then be taken to shore by the normal transportation used for supplies and personnel.

By this method, no customs or law enforcement agency would subject the cargo to search.
George Bush agreed to help and organized the operation in conjunction with the CIA.
The plan worked better than anyone had thought and has since expanded worldwide and
there are now many other methods of bringing the illegal drugs into the country.
It must always be remembered though that George Bush began sale of drugs to our children.

The CIA now controls all the world's illegal drug markets.


The REAL Space Program

The "official" space program was boosted by President Kennedy in his inaugural address
when he mandated that the United States put a man on the moon before the end of the decade.
Although innocent in its conception this mandate enabled those in charge to funnel vast
amounts of money into black projects and conceal the REAL space program from
the American people.

A similar program in the Soviet Union served the same purpose. In fact a joint alien,
United States, and Soviet Union base already existed on the moon at the very moment
Kennedy spoke the words. On May 22, 1962 a space probe landed on Mars and confirmed
the existence of an environment which could support life. Not long afterward
the construction of a colony on the planet Mars began in earnest.

Today cities exist on Mars populated by specifically selected people from different cultures and
occupations taken from all over the Earth. A public charade of antagonism between
the Soviet Union and the United States has been maintained over all these years in order to
fund projects in the name of National Defense when in fact we are the closest allies.

Kennedy Assassination

At some point President Kennedy discovered portions of the truth concerning the drugs
and the aliens. He issued an ultimatum in 1963 to MJ-12. President Kennedy assured them
that if they didn't clean up the drug problem he would. He informed MJ-12 that he intended to
reveal the presence of aliens to the American people within the following year and ordered
a plan developed to implement his decision.

President Kennedy was not a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and knew nothing
of "Alternative 2" or "Alternative 3". Internationally the operations were supervised by MJ-12
and in the Soviet Union by its sister organization. President Kennedy's decision struck fear
into the hearts of those in charge. His assassination was ordered by the Policy Committee
and the order was carried out by agents of MJ-12 in Dallas.

President John F. Kennedy was murdered by the Secret Service agent who drove his car
in the motorcade and the act is plainly visible in the film. Watch the driver and not Kennedy
when you view the film. All of the witnesses who were close enough to the car to see
William Greer shoot Kennedy were themselves all murdered within the next two years of the event.

The Warren Commission was a farce and Council on Foreign Relations members made up
the majority of its panel. They succeeded in snowing the American people. Many other patriots
who attempted to reveal the alien secret have also been murdered throughout the intervening years.

During the era of the United States initial space exploration and the Moon landings,
every launch was accompanied by alien craft. A Moon base dubbed Luna was sighted and
filmed by the Apollo astronauts. Domes, spires, tall round structures which look like silos,
huge "T" shaped mining vehicles which left stitch-like tracks in the lunar surface, and extremely large
as well as small alien craft appear in the photographs. It is a joint United States, Russian and Alien base.

The Space Program is a farce and unbelievable waste of money. Alternative 3 is a reality and
is not at all science fiction. Most of the Apollo astronauts were severely shaken by this experience
and their lives and subsequent statements reflect the depth of the revelation and the effect of
the muzzle order which followed.

They were ordered to remain silent or suffer extreme penalty, DEATH, which was termed
an "expediency". One astronaut actually did talk to the British producers of the TV expose
"Alternative 3" confirming many of the allegations.

In the book "Alternative 003" the pseudonym "Bob Grodin" was used in place of the astronaut's identity.
It was also stated that he committed suicide in 1978. This cannot be validated by any source
and I believe that several so-called facts in the book are disinformation. I firmly believe that
this disinformation is a result of pressure put upon authors and is meant to nullify the effect upon
the populace of the British TV expose entitled "Alternative 3".

The headquarters of the international conspiracy is in Geneva, Switzerland. The ruling body
is made up of representatives of the governments involved as well as the executive members
of the group known as the "Bilderbergers". Meetings are held by the "Policy Committee"
when necessary on a nuclear submarine beneath the polar ice cap.

The secrecy is such that this was the only method which would ensure that the meetings
would not be bugged. I can say that the book is at least 70% true from my own knowledge
and the knowledge of my sources.

I believe that the disinformation was an attempt to compromise the British TV expose
with information which could be proven false, just as the " Eisenhower Briefing Document "
was released here in the U.S. under the contingency plan "Majestic Twelve",
and which can also be proven false.

Alien Spacecraft

Since our interaction with the aliens began we have come into possession of technology
beyond our wildest dreams.

A craft named Aurora exists at Area 51 which makes regular trips into space. It is a one stage ship
called a TAV (transatmospheric vehicle) and it can take off from the ground using a 7 mile runway,
go into high orbit, return on its own power, and land on the same runway. We currently have and
fly atomic powered alien type craft at Area S-4 in Nevada.

Our pilots have made interplanetary voyages in these craft and have been to the Moon, Mars,
and other planets aboard these craft. We have been lied to about the true nature of the moon,
the planets Mars and Venus and the real state of technology that we possess today at this very moment.

There are areas on the moon where plant life grows and even changes color with the seasons.
This seasonal effect is because the moon does not, as claimed, always present the exact same side
to the Earth or the sun. There is an area that wobbles in and out of darkness on a seasonal basis
and it is near this area that the plant life grows.

The moon does have a few man-made lakes and ponds upon its surface and clouds have been
observed and filmed in its atmosphere. It possesses a gravitational field and man can walk upon
its surface without a space suit breathing from an oxygen bottle after undergoing decompression
the same as any deep sea diver. I have seen the photographs and some of them were actually
published in the book "We Discovered Alien Bases on the Moon" by Fred Steckling.

In 1969 a confrontation broke out between the human scientists and the aliens at the Dulce underground lab.
The aliens took many of our scientists hostage. Delta forces were sent to free them but were no match
against the alien weapons. 66 of our people were killed during this action.

As a result we withdrew from all joint projects for at least 2 years. A reconciliation eventually
took place and once again we began to interact. Today the alliance continues.

Nixon Forced To Resign

When the Watergate scandal broke, President Nixon had intended to ride out the storm
confident that he could not be impeached. MJ-12, however, had a different agenda.
The intelligence community rightfully concluded that an impeachment trial would open up
the files and bare the awful secrets to the public eye. Nixon was ordered to resign.
He refused and so the first military coup ever to take place in the United States was promulgated.

The joint Chiefs of Staff sent a TOP SECRET message to the commanders of all U.S. armed
forces throughout the world. It stated,

"Upon receipt of this message you will no longer carry out any orders from the White House.
Acknowledge receipt."

This message was sent a full 5 days before Nixon conceded and announced publicly that
he would resign. I personally saw this message.

When I asked my commanding officer what he would do as obviously the order violated
the Constitution, I was told,

"I guess I will wait to see if any orders come from the White House and then I will decide."

I did not see any communication from the White House but that does not mean that none was sent.

During all the years that this has been happening the Congress and the American peoplehave seemed
to know instinctively that something was not right. When the Watergate scandal surfaced they jumped
on the bandwagon and everyone thought that the agencies would be cleaned out.

President Ford organized the Rockefeller commission to do the job. At least that is what everyone thought.
His real purpose was to head off the Congress and keep the cover-up going. Nelson Rockefeller
who headed the commission investigating the intelligence community was a member of the Council
on Foreign Relations and was the one who helped Eisenhower build the MJ-12 power structure.
Rockefeller uncovered only enough to keep the hounds at bay.

He threw the Congress few bones and the cover-up rolled merrily along as always.

Later Senator Church would conduct the famous Church hearings. He also was a prominent member of
the Council on Foreign Relations and he only repeated the Rockefeller act. Again the cover-up prevailed.
When Iran Contra came along we thought this time it had to come gushing out. Wrong again!

Despite mountains of documents that pointed to drug smuggling and other hidden monsters,
the cover-up sailed through. Congress even seemed to go out of its way to duck
the issues that were just under the surface.

• Could it be that Congress knows the whole thing and won't touch it?

the Council on Foreign Relations that controls and launders money from drugs and

The amount of money is beyond anything you can imagine and is hidden in a vast networks
of banks and holding companies.

Contingency Plan

A contingency plan was formulated by MJ-12 to throw everyone off the trail should they come
close to the truth. The plan was known as MAJESTIC TWELVE. It was implemented with the release
by Moore, Shandera, and Friedman of the purported genuine "Eisenhower Briefing Document".
The document is a fraud.

The document lists the Executive Order as #092447. A number which does not exist and will not exist
for quite a long time at the present rate. Truman wrote Executive Orders in the 9,000 range,
Eisenhower wrote in the 10,000 range, Ford was up to the 11,000 bracket, and Reagan got only
into the 12,000 numbers.

Executive Orders are numbered consecutively, no matter who occupies the White House
for reasons of continuity, record keeping, and to prevent confusion. The Executive Order
is only one of several fatal flaws contained within the document. The plan so far has thrown
the entire research community off the trail for several years and has resulted in the wasted
expenditure of money looking for information which does not exist.

It resulted in a total waste of a grant by the Fund for UFO Research of $16,000 which was given to
Stanton Friedman to research the information. Many thousands of man hours have gone into
looking for a "red herring". If you doubt the secret government's ability to run you through
the rose garden you had better think again.

Another contingency plan is in force and is working upon you today. It is the plan
to prepare the public for eventual confrontation with an alien race. The public is
being bombarded with movies, radio, advertising, and TV depicting almost
every aspect of the true nature of the alien presence.

This includes the good and the bad. Look around and pay attention. The aliens
are planning to make their presence known and the government is preparing you
for it so that there will be no panic.

The worst contingency plan has also been implemented and is at work right now.
For many years now they have been importing drugs and selling them to the people and
mainly the poor and minorities. Social welfare programs were put into place to create
a dependent non-working element of our society.

They began to remove the social welfare programs in order to develop a large criminal class that
did not exist in the 50's and early 60's. They encouraged the manufacture and importation of
deadly military firearms for the criminal element to use. This was intended to foster
a feeling of insecurity which would lead the American people to voluntarily
disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms.
Incidents were to be staged to speed up the process.
By using drugs and hypnosis in a process called Orion on mental patients the CIA
inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on school yards and inflame
the anti-gun lobby. This plan is well underway and so far is working as planned.
This plan must not succeed.

Martial Law and Concentration Camps

Due to the wave of crime sweeping the nation they will convince the American people
a state of anarchy exists within the major cities. They are now building their case almost
nightly on TV and daily in newspapers. When public opinion has been won over to this idea
they intend to state that a terrorist group armed with a nuclear weapon has entered
the United States and that they plan to detonate this device in one of our cities.

The government will then suspend the Constitution and declare martial law.
The secret alien army of implanted humans and all dissidents, which translated into
anyone they choose, will be rounded up and will be placed in concentration camps
which already exist throughout the country. They are each one mile square.

Are the people whom they intend to place in these concentration camps destined to make
the reported "Batch Consignments" of slave labor needed by the space colonies?
The media, radio, TV, newspapers, and computer networks will be nationalized and seized.
Anyone who resists will be taken or killed. This entire operation was rehearsed by
the government and military in 1984 under the code name REX-84 and it went off without a hitch.

When these events have transpired the secret government and/or alien takeover
will be complete. Your freedom will never be returned and you will live in slavery
for the remainder of your life. You had better wake up and you had better do it now.

Secret Government Agents

Phil Klass is an agent of the CIA and this was stated in the documents I saw between 1970 and 1973.
One of his jobs as an aviation expert was to debunk everything to do with UFOs.
All military commanders were instructed to call him to gain information on how to debunk and/or
explain UFO contacts and/or sightings to the public and/or press if and when the need arose.

William Moore, Jaimie Shandera, and Stanton Friedman are either witting (with knowledge)
or unwitting (being used without knowledge) agents of the secret government. I prefer to believe
that they are unwitting although William Moore's reported us of a Defense Investigation Service
ID card and his reported self confession to Lee Graham that he was an agent of the government
makes me seriously doubt it, if the reports are true.

Lee Graham called me at my home, and when asked, he confirmed that Moore had indeed done this.

Stanton Friedman has told me and many others that years ago he,

"helped develop a nuclear reactor, to power an aircraft, that was the size of a basketball,
was clean, turned out hydrogen, and worked like a dream".

His words not mine. The only fuel which could go into such an engine and
produce hydrogen as a byproduct is water.

The only place in the universe at that time to get such technology was from the aliens.
Is he really unwitting? I do not know. He was a member of the Moore, Shandera, and Friedman
research team and it was they who implemented the MAJESTIC TWELVE contingency plan.

In the documents which I saw between 1970 and 1973 names of individuals were listed
who were to be targeted for recruitment in order that the contingency plan known
as MAJESTIC TWELVE could be introduced to the public by persons known and
respected by the public.

Bruce Macabee, Stanton Friedman, and William Moore were among those listed.
I do not know that the subsequent events do not seem to indicate the Bruce Macabee
is involved but the actions of Stanton Friedman and William Moore are highly suspect.

I know that all the major UFO research organizations were targeted
for infiltration and control by the secret government just as NICAP was infiltrated and controlled.
I believe that these efforts have been successful. It is very possible that the major UFO
publications are also controlled.

Majestic 12 Today

Today, MJ-12 still exists and operates just as it always has. It is made up of the same structure,
six from the same positions in government, and six from the executive members of
the Council on Foreign Relations and/or Trilateral Commission. The Majority Agency for
Joint Intelligence is publicly known as the Senior Interagency Group (SIG).

In closing it is most important to understand that the Council on Foreign Relations and its offshoot
the Trilateral Commission not only control but own this country. Long before WWII they were
instrumental in helping to decide policy for the United States government.

The Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and their foreign counterparts report to
Bilderbergers. Almost every high level government and military official of any consequence since
WWII including presidents have been members of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or
Trilateral Commission. All American members of the Trilateral Commission have either been
or are a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Each foreign nation of any importance has its own offshoot of the Council on Foreign Relations
and the members of each country interact with those of other countries through the Bilderbergers
to further their common goals. The foreign member of the Trilateral Commission belong to
their respective organizations.

Even a cursory investigation by the most inexperienced researcher will show that
the members of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission control:

• the major foundations

• publishing interests
  
• the largest banks
  
• all the major corporations
  
• the upper echelons of the government
  
• many other vital interests...
  

Their members are elected and appointed because they have all the money and
special interests behind them. All, that is, except the peoples. They are undemocratic
and do not in any way represent the majority of the U.S. of America. These are the people
who will decide who survives the coming holocaust and who does not.

The Bilderbergers, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission are
the secret government and rule this nation through MJ-12 and the study group known as
the Jason Society or Jason Scholars and the top echelon of the government which consist
mostly of their members.

Alien Manipulation

Throughout our history the aliens have manipulated and/or ruled the human race through
various secret societies, religion, magic, witchcraft, and the occult. The Council on Foreign Relations
and the Trilateral Commission are in complete control of the alien technology and are also in
complete control of the nation's economy.

Eisenhower was the last president to know the entire overview of the alien problem.
Succeeding presidents were told only what MJ-12 and the Intelligence Community wanted them
to know and believe me, it wasn't the truth.

MJ-12 has presented each new president with a picture of a lost alien culture seeking
to renew itself, build a home on this planet, and shower us with gifts of technology.
In some cases the president was told nothing. Each president in turn has bought the story,
or no story at all, hook line and sinker.

Meanwhile innocent people continue to suffer unspeakable horrors at the hands of alien and
human scientists who are engaged in barbarous research that would make even the Nazis
look like Sunday school children. As if that is not enough many people end up as food for
the insatiable alien appetite for biological enzymes, glandular hormonal secretions, and blood.

Many people are abducted and are sentenced to live with psychological and physical damage
for the rest of their lives. In the documents I saw, 1 in 40 humans have been implanted with
devices the purpose of which I have never discovered. The government believes that the aliens
are building an army of human implants which can be activated and turned upon us at will.
You should also know that to date we have not even begun to come close to parity with the aliens.

Is this technology worth it?

The conclusions are inescapable:

The secret power structure believes that, because of our own ignorance or by Divine Decree,
planet Earth will self destruct sometime in the near future. These men sincerely believe that
they are doing the right thing in their attempt to save the human race. It is terribly ironic that
they have been forced to take as their partner an alien race which is itself engaged in
a monumental struggle for survival.

Many moral and legal compromises have been made in this joint effort.
These compromises were made in error and must be corrected and those responsible
should be made to account for their actions. I can understand the fear and urgency
that must have been instrumental in the decision not to tell the public.
Obviously I disagree with this decision.

Throughout history small but powerful groups of men have consistently felt that they alone
were capable of deciding the fates of millions and throughout history they have been wrong.
This great nation owes its very existence to the Principles of Freedom and Democracy.

I believe with all my heart that the United States of America cannot and will not succeed in
any effort that ignores those principles. Full disclosure to the public should be made and
we should proceed to save the human race altogether.

We are being manipulated by a joint human/alien power structure which will result in
the total enslavement and or destruction of the human race.

The government has been totally deceived and we are being manipulated by an alien power
which will result in the total enslavement and/or destruction of the human race.

We must use any and every means available to prevent this from happening.

Something else is happening which is beyond our ability to understand at this time.
We must force disclosure of all the facts, discover the truth and act upon the truth.

In any case we MUST force disclosure of the truth or no matter what happens we will surely deserve it.
The situation in which we find ourselves is due to our own actions or inactions over the last 44 years.
It is our own fault and we are the only ones who can change it.

Through ignorance or misplaced trust we as a people have abdicated our role as the "watch dog"
of our government. Our government was founded "of the people, for the people, by the people".
There was no mention or intent to ever abdicate our role and place our total trust in a handful of men
who meet secretly and decide our fate for us. In fact the structure of our government was designed
to prevent that from ever happening. If we had done our jobs as citizens this could never have happened.

Most of us are completely ignorant as to even the most basic functions of our government.
We have truly become a nation of sheep. Sheep are always eventually led to the slaughter.
It is time to stand up in the manner of our forefathers and walk like men.

I remind you all, that the Jews of Europe marched to the ovens, after having been warned,
believing all the while that the facts could not possibly be true. When the outside world was
told of the holocaust occurring in Hitler's Europe it was not believed. I state here and
now that Hitler was manipulated by these same aliens.

Testimonies Supporting Eisenhower’s Meeting With Extraterrestrials

There are a number of other sources alleging an extraterrestrial meeting at Edwards Air force base
that corresponded to a formal First Contact event. These sources are based on testimonies
of ‘whistleblowers’ that witnessed documents or learned from their ‘insider contacts’ of
such a meeting. These testimonies describe what appears to be two separate sets of meetings
involving different extraterrestrial groups who met either with President Eisenhower
and/or with Eisenhower administration officials over a short period of time.
The first of these meetings, the actual ‘First Contact’ event, did not lead to an agreement
and the extraterrestrials were effectively spurned. The second of these meetings did
lead to an agreement, and this has been apparently become the basis of subsequent

There is some discrepancy in the sequence of meetings and where they were held,
but all agree that a ‘First Contact’ meeting involving President Eisenhower did occur,
and that one of these meetings occurred with his February 1954 visit to Edwards Air force base.

The first version of Eisenhower’s meeting is described by one of the most ‘controversial’
whistleblowers to ever have come forward into the public arena to describe
an extraterrestrial presence. William Cooper served on the Naval Intelligence briefing team
for the Commander of the Pacific Fleet between 1970-73, and had access to classified documents
that he had to review in order to fulfill his briefing duties. He describes the background
and nature of the ‘First contact’ with extraterrestrials as follows:

In 1953 Astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving toward the Earth.
It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could
only be Spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communications.
When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the Equator.
There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project Sigma,
and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer binary language,
was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from
another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with
this race of space aliens. In the meantime a race of human looking aliens contacted
the U.S. Government.

The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were scrutinized. On suspicion that
it was alien manipulation, an intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy
surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles that had been recruited and
nurtured during WWII and soon obtained the entire Vatican study which included the prophecy.
This prophecy stated that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of Christ
the planet would self-destruct and the events described in the book of Revelations
would indeed come to pass. It stated that a child would be born who would unite the world
with a plan for world peace and a false religion beginning in 1992.

By 1995 the people would discern that he was evil and was indeed the Anti-Christ. World War III
would begin in the Middle East in 1995 with an invasion of Israel by a United Arab nation using
conventional weapons which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust in the year 1999.

Between 1999 and 2003 most of the life on this planet would suffer horribly and die as a result.
The return of Christ would occur in the year 2011.

When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed that it was true.
The aliens explained that they had created us through hybridization and had
manipulated the human race through religion, satanism, witchcraft, magic, and the occult.
They further explained that they were capable of time travel and the events would
indeed come to pass.

Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and the Soviet Union utilizing
time travel confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram which they claimed was
the actual crucifixion of Christ , which the government filmed. We did not know
whether to believe them or not.
Were they using genuine religions to manipulate us, or were they indeed
the source of our religions with which they had been manipulating us all along?
Or was this the beginning of the genuine end times and the return of Christ
which had been predicted in the Bible? No one knew the answer.

A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the greatest scientific minds
then living. They reached the conclusion that by or shortly after the year 2,000 the planet
would self destruct due to increased population and man's exploitation of the environment
without any help from God or the aliens.

END OF COLD WAR, REPTILIANS HEADING THIS WAY

There is much that has not been released in the Cooper information, which is generally
very accurate as far as it goes. Much more will surface in the coming decade,
eventually being given by people within the government. There is now a conflict between
two factions within the government agencies. One faction sees the necessity of working
with the aliens to set up a One World government in which it sees itself as being
the power behind the throne. The other faction sees the aliens as a threat to humanity
and wishes to expose the information, let the public know and prevent the aliens from
gaining control of the planet.

Those who are collaborators with the aliens do not want the information released.
They are continuing the cover-up out of fear that the people would blame them,
consider them traitors and hold them responsible for for all that is due to an alien presence.
There was a time when these leaders realized that many humans were being sacrificed
to feed the alien appetites. They had a choice of making a clean break with the aliens
or at least of telling the people or of continuing the cover-up. They chose not to.

The alien threat is the single major factor in the attempt to unify and harmonize nations
of the earth. The threat is not only from those who are already present on the earth in their bases,
but also from craft that have been recognized as being on their way to earth.To stop this
cooperative effort, there are certain elements attempting to stir up heavy conflicts in certain areas,
particularly to bring down Gorbachev and his reforms. These are being influenced by the aliens,
through their agents. There are many people who have been implanted with chips over the years
and they are being activated now. It doesn’t appear there is sufficient energy behind
the alien endeavor at this time, however. The money supply for the aliens which has been
extorted from governments and government agencies is gradually diminishing. It’s being cut off
and is hindering the construction and development of many of their projects and plans.
This has weakened them.

There is a hidden war in progress, but one that is not highly charged. It is on a level of
quiet competition between the aliens and the governments of the world. But there are
certain elements of humans that are working hand in hand with the aliens trying to help
regain control of the governments which the aliens once controlled. Within Cooper’s material,
there is a reference to the Fatima prophecy, being that which aliens pulled out of the future.
The aliens claim to have the ability see into the future and have helped bring about this apparition.
Before the aliens revealed it, a longstanding theory by this government was that the unreleased
third Fatima prophecy dealt with a nuclear war and its aftermath.
This prophecy was kept hidden from the people.

What was not revealed, however, was that the alien situation was directly linked to
this nuclear war prophecy. In truth, the aliens were hoping to contribute to instability
on this earth so that nuclear war would come. It was their intention to bring about enough
devastation on the earth so as to make the planet easily conquerable, while still retaining
some degree of human life to serve them as slaves.

With their technologies, they can eliminate radioactive contamination. They planned to
inhabit the remains of the earth without any threat of human domination. But the scenario of
the Fatima prophecies is in no way preordained. Rather, it was a timetable of the alien plans
to conquer the earth. It was scheduled to begin in February 1990, but it was not written in stone.
It was simply the intention of the aliens to begin then.

At that time, it was intended by the aliens that the information about them be released
by the government so that humans would be prepared to accept the inevitable outcome.
They had hopes of triggering the exchange of nuclear weapons—preferably in the Middle East
where people are expecting Armageddon to begin—and then suddenly stop the escalation
with their own technology. They would then pass themselves off as divine beings
and bring forth the Millennium. There are certain efforts which are being attempted
at present to use the Book of Revelation to create the appearance of a coming Messiah.

This timetable for the Armageddon/Second Coming scenario has been dashed recently
by the lessening of the threat of nuclear war. It was at a fever pitch in the early and
mid-1980s, but has since died down. The aliens have, in effect, missed that window
of opportunity. The people are not now expecting a nuclear war and the Fatima timetable
is of little use to the aliens. But they have not abandoned it. It has simply been shifted
to begin around 1992.

The government believes, however, that the people will not accept this scenario as being true.
Many have been conditioned by the Book of Revelation into believing that they
will be rescued, but for the most part people will not believe it and will assume it is in fact,
one of the false prophet Biblical scenarios predicted before the actual Second Coming.

There is a strong potential that during this decade the aliens and humans will clash
in combat over domination of the earth. There is a potential that this could be covert,
but it may become overt. The possibility of reconciliation is growing more remote
as the aliens seem less ready to negotiate a situation in which coexistence can occur.
It should not be ruled out, however. Pressures are now being put on the aliens
which may lead to a more conciliatory stand. This following information been
deemed unsuitable for the public at this time and there have been and
will be more killings to keep such information secret.

There is a threat of an invasion of 30 million or more reptilian aliens which control the Greys.
There are smaller numbers of smaller ships heading this way, but nothing compared in size
to the small planetoid that is heading toward this planet, which is approximately the size of
the state of Pennsylvania. It does not travel at above light speed as do other craft because
it is so enormous and holds so many aliens. It passed near the planet in 1989, dropped off
some reptilian aliens and headed out to the Draco constellation in early summer of 1989.
The timetable for the arrival back to earth is approximately 2020, depending on what may
happen near Draco. The Hubble Telescope has as its primary mission the task of tracking
the return of the craft.

The base in Dulce, New Mexico now has 100,000 aliens living within it at this time.
Another 100,000 more have moved through the Dulce Base to other bases. The aliens continue
to enter the earth at a rate of 20,000 per month. The base at Ada, Oklahoma is still very active.
The recent floods artificially created and allowed there were an attempt to slow and
hinder activities there.

The aliens are attempting to move their entire planetary population from their dying planet
as quickly as possible, prior to the arrival of the Draco reptilians. Presently, the assessment
of those in the inner circles who are dealing with the alien invasion threat is that
the Reptilians have every intention of ruling this planet. There are many who feel that
the aliens have such a high technology that they cannot be defeated.

The next potential scenario in relation to the expected invasion is the release by
the government of the information relating to the Grays and their earth bases,
but releasing it in such a way that is favorable to the government.
Claims will be made that any other version is but that of troublemakers.

If the release of information comes before 1996, and especially if it occurs prior to 1995,
you can be correct in assuming it is staged by the government to set up the atmosphere
for a One World government. If it is held off until 1996 or thereafter, you can assume
the information released is real and that the Reptilian ship is heading this way and
poses a real threat. The Draco Reptilians do not really need the earth. They have more room
than they need to grow and thrive. They simply want the earth as a kind of strategic point
in their battle to conquer the entire galaxy.

• The Pleiadeans may return by 1993, and you would know them by their ships,
  which have the symbol of a serpent climbing a vine.
  
  
• The symbol for the Reptilians is a dragon.
  
• The Grey’s symbol is a cobra.
  

There is also a potential for martial law occurring in this country, in which many of those
troublemakers, who hold to the story that the government was involved with the aliens
in the abduction of humans, would be rounded up and imprisoned along with many
who have been implanted because of potential threats to this country’s security.
People who are releasing this information are not fully out of danger just because
many people know about it. You may recall that in China, just about everyone knew
what occurred in Tiananmen Square, and yet today, you will not find anyone in China
who will talk about it. There is now an open window in which people can talk, spread the word,
discuss it, show the videos and photographs. The more that occurs now, before a martial law
crackdown, the more chance there is of having the truth come out.

Once that window is closed, if enough people are not already informed, the information
could still be curtailed and hidden. At present, only 2 to 3 percent of the United States
population has half of the story and only one half percent has the full story.

On 8/31/41, Sr Lucia wrote her 3^rd memoir elucidating some details of Jacinta’s life.
In this 3^rd memoir, Sr Lucia for the 1^st time mentioned that the Secret was in 3 distinct parts. She wrote,

"The Secret is composed of three distinct parts, and I shall
disclose two of them."

The first is the vision of hell and the designation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
as the supreme remedy offered by God to humanity for the salvation of souls. Our Lady said,

"In order to save them, God wishes to establish in theworld devotion
to My Immaculate Heart."

The second is the great prophecy concerning a miraculous peace which God wishes to grant to
the world through the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
and the practice of communions of reparation on the 1^st Saturdays of the month.

"If people attend to my requests, Russia will be converted and
the world will have peace."

And there is also the great announcement of terrible punishments if people persist in not
obeying her requests. Sr Lucia stated that at that time she was not permitted to
reveal the 3^rd part of the secret.

Bishop da Silva was given permission to read it, but he did not want the responsibility.
He tried to get it to the Holy Office, but Rome refused to receive it. It was then agreed that
if Bishop da Silva happened to die, the envelope would be entrusted to
Cardinal Cerejeira, the Patriarch of Lisbon.

In 1957 the Holy Office demanded the text of the 3^rd secret, which until then had been kept
at the palace of the bishop of Leira. The auxiliary Bishop Venancio was entrusted with
the delivery of the sealed document to Bishop Cento, then Apostolic Nuncio to Lisbon.

On 4/16/57, the sealed envelope arrived in Rome. It was placed in the office of Pope Pius XII,
in a little chest bearing the note, "Secret of the Holy Office".

It appears that Pope Pius XII did not read the secret. According to Cardinal Ottaviani
and Monsignor Capovilla, secretary of Pope John XXIII, the envelope was still sealed
when Pope John XXIII opened it in 1959, one year after the death of Pope Pius XII.
Pope Pius XII had apparently decided to wait until 1960. He died on 10/9/58 without having read it.

In 1957, Sr Lucia confided to Fr Fuentes:

"The Most Holy Virgin has told me that the devil is about to engage in a decisive battle
against the Virgin... and the devil knows what most offends God, and what will make him
gain the most souls in the shortest possible time, he does everything to win consecrated
souls from God, for in this manner he will succeed in leaving the souls of the faithful
defenseless, and so he will lay hold of them more easily."

On 12/25/57, Sr Lucia told Fr Fuentes, the Postulator of the beatification causes of Jacinta
and Francisco:

"The Blessed Virgin is very sad, for no one attaches any importance to her message.
Neither the good nor the bad. The good continue on their way, but without paying
attention to the message. I cannot give any other details, since it is still a secret.
Only the Holy Father and His Excellency, the Bishop of Fatima would be able
to know it in accordance with the will of the Blessed Virgin. But they haven’t willed
to know it as they did not want to be influenced."

In 1959 there was a great wave of devotion in all Italy to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
On 9/13/59 all the bishops of Italy solemnly consecrated Italy to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

On 8/17/59 Pope John XXIII had the envelope brought to him at Castelgandolfo,
by Mosignor Philippe, then an official of the Holy Office. Pope John XXIII did not immediately
open the envelope but stated:

"I am waiting to read it with my confessor."

The secret was read a few days later, according to Monsignor Capovilla. Assistance in reading
the Portuguese was given by Monsignor Paulo Jose Tavarez of the Secretariat of State.
Later John XXIII had it read by Cardinal Ottaviani, Prefect of the Holy Office. On 2/8/60
it was suddenly learned through a simple Portuguese press agency communiqué that
the 3^rd secret of Fatima would not be published, and that it probably never would be disclosed.
The Vatican communiqué ended:

"Although the Church recognizes the Fatima apparitions, She does not desire to take
the responsibility of guaranteeing the veracity of the words the three shepherd children
said that the Virgin Mary had addressed to them."

Bishop Venancio, on his own initiative, decided to launch an appeal to all the bishops of the world
and attempted to organize a world day of prayer and penance for the following October 13,
but the Vatican turned a deaf ear to this proposal, and nothing was done. This did immense
harm to the Fatima cause. It was from this date, after this public disregard for the 3^rd secret,
that devotion to the Most Blessed Virgin began to decrease in a perceptible and then
alarming manner in the Church.

This fault was to have incalculable consequences. For by disregarding the prophecies
and requests of Fatima, it was the Virgin Mary -- it was God Himself -- who had been disregarded,
who had been ridiculed in front of the world. The conditional punishment announced through
the maternal warning of Our Lady was in consequence destined to be accomplished tragically,
inevitably by disobeying the message of the Virgin.

Cardinal Ottaviani related that Pope John XXIII placed the Secret,

"in one of those archives which are like a very deep, dark well, to the bottom of
which papers fall and no one is able to see them anymore."

Pope Paul VI straightway adopted the same attitude toward the 3^rd secret.

The Virgin had asked that the secret be made public in 1960 because, as Sr Lucia told
Cardinal Ottaviani, "in 1960, the Message will appear more clear." Other statements from
Sr Lucia have said that
"the punishment predicted by Our Lady in the third secret has already begun."

We are now in the period of which the message speaks. We are now living through
the 3^rd secret. We are witnessing the events that it announces.

Catholics throughout the world by 1960 were waiting for the Pope to open the letter
and reveal the 3^rd secret. But Pope John XXIII and the subsequent Popes have greatly
disappointed the faithful by refusing to reveal its contents.

Why this is so we are not sure. In Pope John XXIII’s "Journal of a Soul", the diary of his life,
he says the Second Vatican Council was a success because of the Blessed Mother’s intervention.
Pope John XXIII had read the secret of Fatima and said that the secret did not pertain to
the reign of his pontificate. Why several Popes did not reveal the secret is a mystery.

There is continuing controversy concerning why Popes since Fatima have not revealed the 3rd secret.
Scholars disagree on whether or not the 3^rd secret was meant only for the eyes of the Popes or
if it was to be released to the general public. The comment by Pope John XXIII and others upon
reading the secret -- indicating that it did not pertain to their pontificates -- lends credulity to this
argument. Also, Pope John Paul II is under Mary’s protective mantle, and he has not released
the contents either. It seems that the 3rd secret was to be made available to the world from may sources.

On 10/11/92, an interview took place between Sr Lucia and Anthony Cardinal Padiyara of India,
Bishop Francis Michaelappa of India, and Fr Francisco Pacheco of Fort Ceara, Brazil. Sr Lucia
was asked by Cardinal Padiyara,

"Do God and Our Lady still want the Church to reveal the Third Secret?" Sr Lucia answered,
"The Third Secret is not intended to be revealed. It was only intended for the Pope
and immediate Church hierarchy. Our Lady never said that it was to be revealed to the public
by 1960 at the latest. The Secret was for the Pope."

The controversy continues.

The secrets of Fatima still have not been released by the Church, but through the intervention
of the Blessed Mother at apparition sites we have a good idea of the contents.

We do know from the Akita message of 10/13/73 and the 5/13/90 message of Fr Gobbi
that the secret seems to deal with the apostasy and chastisement.

"The Blessed Virgin has told us," confided Sr Lucia to Fr Fuentes, that
"many nations will disappear from the face of the earth, and Russia will be
the instrument of heavenly punishment for the world, if we do not obtain
before hand the conversion of that poor nation."

Bishop Venancio named the late Fr Alonso in 1966 as the official expert on Fatima. Fr Alsonso
concluded that the 3^rd secret refers mainly to a spiritual chastisement which will be far worse,
and even more fearsome, than famine, wars, and persecution, for it concerns souls and
their salvations or their eternal perdition. His work consisted of 14 volumes which, unfortunately,
he was forbidden to publish. Before his death, however, on 12/12/81, he was able to make known
his conclusions in various pamphlets and numerous articles in theological journals.

In a series of letter in 1969-1970, Sr Lucia reveals more:

"It is indeed sad that so many people let themselves be dominated by the diabolical wave
that is sweeping the world, and that they are blinded to the point of being incapable of
seeing error! Their principle fault is they have abandoned prayer; in this way they have
become estranged from God, and without God everything fails. The devil is very cunning
and looks for our weak points in order to attack us. If we are not diligent and careful to
obtain strength from God, we shall fail, for our age is very wicked and we are weak.
Only the strength of God can keep us on our feet."

Sr Lucia wrote:

"Let people say the rosary every day. Our Lady stated that repeatedly in all her apparitions,
as if to fortify us against these times of diabolical disorientation, so that we would not allow
ourselves to be deceived by false doctrines .. Unfortunately, the great majority of people
are ignorant in religious matters and allow themselves to be led in any direction. Hence,
the great responsibility of one who has the task of leading them... A diabolical disorientation
is invading the world, deceiving souls! It must be resisted."

On 9/16/70, Sr Lucia wrote:

"Our poor Lord, He has saved us with so much love and He is so little understood!
So little loved! So badly served! It is painful to see such great confusion,
and in so many persons who occupy positions of responsibility! The fact is the devil
has succeeded in bringing in evil under the appearance of good; the blind are beginning
to lead others, as the Lord tells us in His Gospel, and souls are allowing themselves
to be deceived. Gladly I sacrifice myself and offer my life to God for peace in His Church,
for priests and for all consecrated souls, especially for those who are deceived and misguided!"

Sr Lucia insists that, "the Virgin knew that these times of diabolical disorientation were to come."
To someone who was questioning her on the content of the 3^rd secret, Sr Lucia replied,

"It’s in the Gospel and in the Apocalypse, read them." She also confided to Fr Fuentes that
the Virgin Mary made her see clearly that "we are in the last times of the world."

Cardinal Ratzinger in August 1984 said that the 3^rd secret concerned the,

"dangers which threaten the faith and the life of Christians." Responding to the question,
"Why is the faith in crisis?", he stated, "The dangers threatening the faith, the importance
of the last times, and the fact that the prophecies contained in this Third Secret
correspond to what scripture announces."

On 9/10/84, Bishop Amaral of Leira, Portugal, declared in the great hall of
the Technical University in Vienna,

"The Secret of Fatima speaks neither of atomic bombs nor of nuclear warheads,
nor of SS20 missiles. Its content concerns only our faith. To identify the secret with
catastrophic announcements or a nuclear holocaust is to distort the meaning of the message.
The loss of faith of a continent is worse than the annihilation of a nation;
and it is true that the faith is continually diminishing in Europe."

Fr Alonso’s thesis is now publicly confirmed by the Bishop of Fatima. The message foretells
a terrible crisis within the Church. It is the loss of the faith, which the Immaculate Virgin
predicted would occur in our era, if her requests were not sufficiently carried out.
This loss of faith and all it entails is the drama that we have been witnessing since 1960.

So we must ask why have such good and saintly men in the Church such as Pope John Paul II
not disclosed the 3^rd secret? In 1980, while speaking in Fulda, Germany, John Paul II stated in
response to a question about the 3^rd secret that Lucia’s text does speak of chastisements.
In response to another question, he stated that "the chastisements cannot be averted, it is too late."
He stated that "the die was cast. [The chastisements] can be mitigated by praying the rosary."
He reiterated that he, as his predecessors, preferred to postpone publication so as not to
encourage the world power of communism to make certain moves.

These questions also shed light on why he has not undertaken any papal-directed and
comprehensive effort to reverse the continual and rapid deterioration of the Church.
Pope John Paul II said at the Fulda meeting, "No, the Church cannot be reformed at
the present moment." He, too, chose not to disclose the 3^rd secret.

Understood in its depth and extent, John Paul’s statement can be shocking: "so as not to
encourage the world power of communism to make certain moves." For the Pope to come
to such a conclusion illustrates how accurate the message must be.

Fr Malachi Martin in "The Keys of This Blood" writes about this issue:

"In that ’Third Secret’, Lucia’s words are so explicit and so verifiable --
and therefore so authentic -- that, were the leaders of the Leninist Party-State
to know these words, they would in all probability decide to undertake certain
territorial and militaristic moves against which the West could have few if any means
of resisting, and the Church would be plunged into further and deeper subjugation
to the Party-State."

This is the seriousness of Lucia’s words. The capitalist West could be entrapped by the USSR.
In Vatican parlance, Lucia’s words have dire geographical meaning. They must not be treated
as pious and devotional outpourings. Fatima relates to the fierce politics of nations.
Ever since Pope John XXIII opened and read those words, the Vatican has treated them gingerly.
Fatima has been politicized. John Paul II from the start has gone along with the politicization.
The secret has to be buried, as Cardinal Ottaviani said in 1957,

"in the most hidden, the deepest, the most obscure and inaccessible place on earth.
If there was one dominant element to the Third Secret, it is Russia."

"It must also be added, however, that the anti-Church partisans in

the Vatican bureaucracy and throughout the Church abhor anything savoring
devotion to Mary, to Fatima, and to divine revelation. They have forsaken the divine
faith of Catholicism, of which Mary, the Mother of God, is an integral part. They also know
the present Pope is under the special protection of Mary. This Mary has said so many times
to the visionaries of the world and most notably to Fr Gobbi when she said,
"he is the Pope of my secret." When Mary says, "and I will receive his sacrifice,"
she seems to point to a violent death of Pope John Paul II -- soon.

What is John Paul II to do? He is precisely aware what the future holds with its chastisements,
disasters, earthquakes, tidal waves, the betrayal of his churchment, and the geopolitics of
the world and its sensitive implications. While recuperating from his wounds inflicted by
Mehmet Ali Agea, his attempted assassin, he came to realize the only hope for the world
was the collegial consecration of Russia as requested at Fatima.

Hoping for a mitigation of the coming tribulations -- but only a mitigation -- he attempted to
consecrate the world to Mary, "with a special mention of Russia." John Paul’s immediate step
was to write all of his bishops, telling them he would do just that on 5/13/82, in Fatima,
and inviting them to join him -- either by a physical presence or by parallel actions in their home
dioceses. The apostasy of the last 50 years produced an anemic response. Many of the bishops
were no longer in union with Rome.

Luca Scantamburlo, an Italian journalist of tremendous heart and intelligence, is a courageous
and independent UFO researcher who took it upon himself to publicize the events surrounding
a fellow-Italian, Cristoforo Barbato, a few years ago.

We are also in touch with Barbato, but he speaks no English and was not in a position to meet
with us. So it fell upon Luca, who had investigated Barbato's story and interviewed him at length,
to present to Project Camelot the story of what Barbato had learned about the return of Planet X.

The story, at its simplest, is this:

Barbato had written an important article about the Secrets of Fatima, focusing on
the mystery of the untold Third Secret. Following this, he was contacted by someone
who told him he was a Jesuit priest, working for the Vatican Intelligence Service (SIV),
and who had important information to reveal. At first Barbato was skeptical,
but the Jesuit was persistent; and eventually Barbato was able to substantiate
all his claimed personal details. The Jesuit was exactly who he said he was.

At Barbato's insistence, they finally met in a public place in Rome.
At that point the Jesuit gave Barbato a significant amount of information about
the return of Planet X, which was being carefully tracked by the Vatican and others;
and handed Barbato a two-minute videotape - never publicly released,
although this short clip (which we incorporated in our video) appears very similar -
which the Jesuit said was Planet X filmed at close range from a classified
Vatican-controlled space probe called Siloe.

This, and the complex web of detail and controversy that surrounds it, was the subject of
our interview. Luca is the foremost English-speaking authority on this subject,
which is why we approached him.

Since the mid 1990's whispers have abounded from "Intel" circles in the military and
scientific community about a strange series of scientific testing programs. One is called HAARP.
Another is called PROJECT BLUE BEAM. It seems that in reality, if we believe the sources
(and some have rather impeccable scientific credentials...one is even a born-again Christian scientist
-- Dr. Nick Begich) then our government, or shadowy elements of the military have developed
not simply awesome shooting weapons, but also mind-bending weapons of the mind.
Project Blue Beam is just one of those mind-bending programs that could seriously
impact upon a person's moral values and sanity.

Project Blue Beam is a special operations program that is tied into other exotic physics projects
like the HAARP program in Alaska. HAARP is a program that in very simplistic terms shoots
high energy beams of scalar physics technology (Nikola Tesla technology) that cooks
the upper atmosphere of the planet. One of the many possible uses of this technology involves
the capability to project images of massive size out into the sky. In fact,
Project Blue Beam is a program designed to project religious images into the sky in
a hologram presentation. It's like television without a box providing a visual stimulus
without any apparent electronic receivers so that anyone who is sighted could see it.

What is even more astounding is that the technology is even so advanced now that
the equipment can beam electronic signals to the brains of blind people so that even
they can "see" the hologram, although in reality they can't. Does that sound crazy?
Hold on a minute. There's more to this story. The program also has the capability to
project voice sound into the head of a witness without it being heard in the person's ear.
Yes, the sounds would go directly to the brain from electronic impulses. And,
with new super-computer technology it will be possible for super-computers and
satellites to interact with your brain from space and have the voice of "God"
respond to your thoughts as you see "Jesus" in the sky!!!
Now is that tooooooo far out to even contemplate? Well, I agree. It's too far out.
Yet, reputable sources out there say that its not only possible and doable but is being
readied to actually be used at the right moment to fool the world into thinking Jesus Christ,
the Son of God has returned to Earth. Now, I don't blame you if you don't believe me.
I wouldn't either. I'm not totally certain of it, myself. I wonder if perhaps its just some other
disinformation campaign being presented by someone in the shadows with an agenda.

However, IF it were true... well, it would sure explain how the whole world swallows
the PR of the Antichrist. And if it were possible, "even the very elect" could be deceived
(as Paul tells us).

There is a lot of material floating around on the internet about this issue.
Below is one article that we've picked up that gives a pretty good explanation and lots of links
to do your own follow up investigations. Is it simply too outrageous to be true?
Well we figure its better to be forewarned in case it really is true.

"Electronic Sorcery & Blue Beam Technology: Tools of the Fourth Beast"

The "operation" is easy to EXPLAIN and REVEAL technologically. Holography,
a technique for obtaining 3-dimensional images, involves an interference pattern between
2 sets of single-wavelength light waves. A single laser beam is split into two parts,
one to illuminate the object, the second part (called the reference beam) is reflected by a mirror.
The two beams meet forming an interference pattern, which is developed to form a hologram.

This hologram can be used to re-create a 3-dimensional image of the original object.
According to a comprehensive report by Canadian investigative journalist, Serge Monast,
entitled Project Blue Beam, this holographic technology used in conjunction
with hi-tech, mind-control weapons utilizing the effects of radio-frequency waves
upon the brain, is capable of projecting an image in the sky and causing collective
thought to convince people they are seeing an alien invasion or the second coming of Christ.
The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old.

In principle, it will make use of the sky as a movie screen space-based, laser-generating
satellites project simultaneous images to every part of the planet, in every language,
in every dialect according to region. Specifically, the show will consist of laser projections
of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving different images
according to predominating regional/national religious faiths. No area will be excluded.
With computer animation and sound effects appearing to come from the depths of space,
astonished followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned Messiah
in spectacularly convincing lifelike realness.

The various saviors will then merge into one after "correct" explanations of the mysteries,
prophecies, and revelations will have been disclosed. This event will occur at a time of
great political and general tumult. [Seems like surely this is a good time to meet those requirements.]

The Blue Beam Project, developed by NASA scientists, consists of 4 parts, 4 steps toward
the implementation of the NWO religion with the Antichrist at its head.

• First, earthquakes at certain precise locations of the planet will result in
  new archaeological discoveries, revealing that all religions' basic
  doctrines have been misunderstood and misinterpreted.
  
  
  
• Second, a gigantic Space Show with laser projections of multiple
  3-dimensional holographic images worldwide, will appear to be the image of
  God, speaking in all languages.
  
  
  
• Third, electronic telepathy involving ELF, VLF, and LF waves will reach
  people by the inside of their brains, interlacing and interweaving with the
  natural thinking to form diffused artificial thought and making each one to
  believe that God is speaking to them from within their own souls.
  
  
  
• Fourth, electronic universal "supernatural" manifestation designed to
  deceive will create the following illusion: make mankind believe an alien
  invasion is imminent, make Christians believe a rapture is imminent and the
  aliens have come to rescue them, and convince all that global satanic

  travel through optical fiber, coaxial cable, electric and phone lines - are
  everywhere and inescapable
  

The obstacle is not the holography itself but rather the ELF that will be waged that must be
counteracted. When ELF is used on a person all their senses alter. You may see things
that are truly there but others won't be able to see. Yet at the same time you could capture
these powers of darkness on film. Though I do think that Blue Beam will be in conjunction
with the actual inner and outer invasion of the fallen angels and demons of Revelation chapter 9
in some way. We can get into counteracting the ELF after awhile. This is a lot of information here.

Electronic Sorcery & Blue Beam Technology: Tools of the Fourth Beast

ELF is a tool of the Luciferian Elite. It is the New Age version of witchcraft, hence electronic sorcery.
Basically they direct the extremely low frequencies (ELF) at the person they choose for
whatever reasoning they have that the targeted person is a dissident. The ELF will put
the person into altered states, many times the person doesn't even realize this.
Yet, this is not an altered state as in Hindu like meditations. Basically the brain simply has
no firewall to block frequencies. Just as a computer can not restrain a hacker from hacking into
a computer without a firewall. This Luciferian tool will be used in conjunction with
Blue Beam Technology, better known as Project Blue Beam, to be the voice of
the SO-CALLED God, but shall in fact be deceiving spirits.

The effects of ELF on a person can vary based upon length of being hit with the waves,
frequency setting, or both. Some of the symptoms are as follows (yet will always be
more than two symptoms per zap):

1. Slight to a complete loss of concentration, memory, and an overall blanking out
for a few seconds to a few minutes.

2. Dizziness

3. Drop dead in your tracks fatigue in which you just MUST sleep without
an otherwise known cause. You may find yourself sleeping from 12-20 hours at a time.

4. Immediate wired effect in which you feel as if you’re on major amounts of caffeine
or even cocaine. You may stay awake for 22-48 hours with no sleep,
all the while still feeling wired.

5. Ringing, buzzing, popping, clicking, humming sound within the ears.
This may even be painful to the extent it feels as though something
sharp is pounding your eardrum(s).

6. Altered taste-metallic taste.

7. Pressurized feeling within your head.

8. Images of light, as in an 'aurora,' from an image you just looked at.
Beams of light may also be seen. This can happen anywhere.

9. Voice(s) inside the brain that are not your own or the Holy Spirit,
yet is LIKE the Holy Spirit. (If you are a target and it is used on you too often it
will become difficult to tell the difference whether it is the voice synthesizer
in the ELF or the Holy Spirit!)

10. Just KNOWING where to look to see a UFO. You look and sure enough one shows up.

11. You may become paralyzed in bed while a voice commands you to not resist.
(You may feel a presence by your bed when this occurs.)

12. Lucid dreaming.

13. Flashes of light

14. You may hear voices coming from your electronic equipment that shouldn't be

15. You may have high body heat - as in a hot flash that lingers on for hours

16. DURING this you may have 'visions' of phantoms, balls of light, demons,
aliens (fallen angels), etc.

17. You may have an involuntary out of body experience

18. Rapid heart rate while sitting still, without medical or physical cause.

19. Seeing through closed eyelids

20. Kundalini experiences

Now the above is not even a complete listing of the effects of ELF (extremely low frequency weapons).
Now do you see why it is WISE to investigate ELF BEFORE this nation slides any further into
the Abyss? I sure do hope so.

When you put this together with Blue Beam Technology you get one ripen headache!
Blue Beam technology will be used to bring about the New World Order,
the Antichrist kingdom, and the fourth beast, which will be used in the final stages prior to
the Antichrist appearance. However, many will believe Blue Beam is in fact the Antichrist,
or the messiah (false). DON’T be a fool!

The Ultimate Weapon of Mass Destruction: Owning The Weather For Military Use

What are the underlying causes of extreme weather instability,
which has ravaged every major region of the World in the course of the last few years?

Hurricanes and tropical storms have ravaged the Caribbean. Central Asia and
the Middle East are afflicted by drought. West Africa is facing the biggest swarm
of locusts in more than a decade. Four destructive hurricanes and a tropical rain storm
Alex, Ivan, Frances, Charley and Jeanne have occurred in a sequence,
within a short period of time.

Unprecedented in hurricane history in the Caribbean, the island of Grenada
was completely devastated: 37 people died and roughly two-thirds of the island's 100,000
inhabitants have been left homeless; in Haiti, more than two thousand people have died and
tens of thousands are homeless. The Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Cuba, the Bahamas
and Florida have also been devastated. Inthe US, the damage in several Southern states
including Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and the Carolinas is the highest in US history.

A study released in July 2003, by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO)
places the blame, without further examination, at the feet of global warming:
"these record extreme events high temperatures, low temperatures and high rainfall
amounts and droughts all go into calculating the monthly and annual averages which,
for temperatures, have been gradually increasing over the past 100 years,"
the WMO said in its statement. While global warming is undoubtedly an important factor,
it does not fully account for these extreme and unusual weather patterns.

Weather Warfare

The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of
the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame
the Bush administration for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of 'weather warfare'
namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned.
The US Air Force has the capability of manipulating climate either for testing purposes
or for outright military-intelligence use. These capabilities extend to the triggering of floods,
hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes. In recent years, large amounts of money have been allocated
by the US Department of Defense to further developing and perfecting these capabilities.

Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and
could be done unilaterally. It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be
used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth
or to modify space weather, and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated
set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in US, or degraded capability in an adversary,
to achieve global awareness, reach, and power.While there is no firm evidence that the US Air Force
weather warfare facilities have been deliberately applied to modify weather patterns,
one would expect that if these capabilities are being developed for military use,
they would at least be the object of routine testing, much in the same way as the testing of
new conventional and strategic weapons systems.

Needless to say, the subject matter is a scientific taboo. The possibility of climatic or
environmental manipulations as part of a military and intelligence agenda,
while tacitly acknowledged, is never considered as relevant. Military analysts are mute on the subject.
Meteorologists are not investigating the matter, and environmentalists are strung on global warming
and the Kyoto protocol. Ironically, the Pentagon, while recognizing its ability to modify the World's climate
for military use, has joined the global warming consensus. In a major study, the Pentagon has analyzed
in detail the implications of various global warming scenarios.

The Pentagon document constitutes a convenient cover-up. Not a word is mentioned about its main
weather warfare program: The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP)
based in Gokona, Alaska - jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy.

Unusual Weather Patterns (2003-2004)

Alex, Ivan, Frances, Charley and Jeanne - August-September 2004:
Four destructive hurricanes and a tropical rain storm occur in a sequence,within a short period of time.
Unprecedented in hurricane history in the Caribbean, the island of Grenada is completely devastated:

Brazil - March 2004:
The first-ever hurricane formed in the South Atlantic, striking Brazil

left scratching their heads in bewilderment as the familiar swirl of
clouds, complete with a well-defined eye, appeared in an oceanic basin
where none had been spotted before.

Japan, China and the Korean Peninsula:
Japan has suffered its highest number of typhoon strikes on record, and
the storms - which hit at the rate of one a week for much of the summer
- wreaked havoc in Taiwan, China and the Korean Peninsula.

China - August 2004:
Typhoon Rananim, the worst in 48 years, has killed at least 164 people
and injured more than 1800 in China's Zhejiang province. Rananim is
confirmed by China's meteorological authorities to be the strongest to
hit the Chinese mainland since 1956. It is estimated to have disrupted
the life of some 13 million people.

United States - May 2003:
562 tornadoes hit the United States, the highest in recorded history,
far exceeding the previous monthly peak of 399 in June 1992.

India - early 2003:
a pre-monsoon heat wave caused peak temperatures of between 45 and 49
degrees Celsius - 113 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit - killing more than
1400 people.

Sri Lanka
- heavy rainfalls from Tropical Cyclone 01B exacerbated already wet
conditions, causing flooding and landslides and more than 300
fatalities.

Western Europe - Summer 2003:
experienced extremely high Summer temperatures. Switzerland experienced
its hottest June (2003) in at least 250 years, while in the south of
France average temperatures were between 5 and 7 degrees Celsius - 9 to
13 degrees Fahrenheit - warmer than the long term average. England and
Wales also experienced their hottest month since 1976.

There are several mainstream explanations on weather and climate change, none of which fully explains,
within their respective terms of reference, the highly unusual and erratic weather occurrences,
not to mention the human toll and devastation, which have led to the destabilization of entire agricultural
and eco-systems. Needless to say these explanations never address the issue of climate manipulation
for military use. The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokona,
Alaska, has been in existence since 1992. It is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry
under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory's Space
Vehicles Directorate, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating controlled
local modifications of the ionosphere - the upper layer of the atmosphere - to induce a small, localized change
in ionospheric temperature so that resulting physical reactions can be studied by other instruments
located either at or close to the HAARP site.

Nicholas Begich - actively involved in the public campaign against HAARP - describes HAARP
as: "A super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing
a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and
penetrate everything - living and dead."

According to Richard Williams, a physicist and consultant to the David Sarnoff laboratory in Princeton,
HAARP constitutes "an irresponsible act of global vandalism." He and others fear a secret second stage
where HAARP would "beam much more energy into the ionosphere. That could produce a severe disruption
of the upper atmosphere at one location that may produce effects that spread rapidly around the Earth for years."

HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research.
US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP's main objective is to
"exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes." Without explicitly referring
to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of 'induced ionospheric modifications'
as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar.HAARP
also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions.
An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable:
the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power
as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World.

HAARP has been operational since the early 1990s. Its system of antennas at Gakona, Alaska,
was initially based on a technology patented by Advanced Power Technologies Inc. (APTI),
a subsidiary of Atlantic Ritchfield Corporation (ARCO). The first phase of the HAARP
Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) was completed by APTI. The IRI system of antennas was first
installed in 1992 by a subsidiary of British Aerospace Systems (BAES) using the APTI patent.
The antennas beam into the outer-atmosphere using a set of wireless high frequency transmitters.
In 1994, ARCO sold its APTI subsidiary, including the patents and the second phase
construction contract to E-Systems, a secretive high tech military outfit with links to the CIA.
E-Systems specializes in the production of electronic warfare equipment, navigation and
reconnaissance machinery, including 'highly sophisticated spying devices.' E-Systems is one of
the biggest intelligence contractors in the world, doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations,
and others. $1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for 'black projects'
- projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent.

The company has outfitted such military projects as the Doomsday Plan - the system that allows
the President to manage a nuclear war - and Operation Desert Storm. With the purchase of APTI,
E-Systems acquired the strategic weather warfare technology and patent rights,
including Bernard J. Eastlund's US Patent No 4686605 entitled 'Method and Apparatus for Altering
a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere'. It is worth mentioning that
the Eastlund /APTI patents were based on the research of Yugoslav scientist Nicola Tesla -
many of whose ideas were stolen by US corporations. Eastlund described this deadly technology
as capable of: "causing…total disruption of communications over a very large portion of the Earth…missile
or aircraft destruction, deflection or confusion… weather modification." Not surprisingly,
the patent had previously been sealed under a government secrecy order.

Barely a year following the E-Systems purchase of APTI's weather warfare technology,
E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, the fourth largest US military contractor.
Through this money-spinning acquisition, Raytheon became the largest 'defense electronics' firm
in the World. Meanwhile, ARCO which had sold APTI to E-Systems, had itself been acquired by
the BP-AMOCO oil consortium, thereby integrating the largest oil company in the World - BP.
Raytheon through its E-Systems subsidiary now owns the patents used to develop the HAARP
weather warfare facility at Gakona Alaska. Raytheon is also involved in other areas of weather research
for military use, including the activities of its subsidiary in Antarctica, Raytheon Polar Services.

The HAARP antenna array and transmitters were slated to be built in several distinct phases
-Developmental Prototype (DP), Filled DP (FDP), Limited IRI (LIRI), Full size or final IRI (FIRI).
During the Clinton administration, the 'Filled Developmental Prototype' (FDP), namely a system composed of
an array of 48 active antenna elements with connected wireless transmitters, was installed and completed
at the HAARP facility in 1994. Under the initial Developmental Prototype (DP), only 18 of the 48 transmitters
were connected.

Bernard Eastlund in a 1997 interview described this antenna array in its Filled DP stage as the
"the largest ionospheric heater ever built". In other words, this system of 48 antennas,
while fully operational, was not according to Eastlund, powerful enough - in 1997 - to
"bring the ideas in his patents to fruition", but they're getting up there", he said.
"This is a very powerful device. Especially if they go to the expanded stage."
This 'final expanded stage' envisioned by Eastlund, which will provide maximum capability
to manipulate the World's weather patterns, has now been reached.

Under the Bush administration, the main partner of Raytheon - which owns the patents - in the construction
and development stage of the HAARP antenna array, is British Aerospace Systems (BAE),
which had been involved in the initial installation of the antenna array in the early 1990s.
The multimillion dollar contract was granted by The Office of Naval Research to BAES in 2003,
through its US subsidiary BAE Systems Advanced Technologies Inc. The contract was signed barely
two months before the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq.Using Raytheon's technology,
BAES was to develop the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) to its maximum capabilities of
'Full size or final IRI (FIRI).' In April 2003, BAE Systems Advanced Technologies outsourced
the production and installation of the antennas to Phazar Corp, a company specializing in advanced
wireless antennas for military use. Phazar owns Antenna Products Corporation of Mineral Wells,
Texas. Phazar was entrusted with producing and installing 132 crossed dipole antennas items
for the HAARP facility.

A year later, in April 2004, the final phase in the expansion of the HAARP facility was launched.
This phase consisted in equipping all the 180 antennas with high frequency transmitters.
BAE Systems was awarded another lucrative contract, this time for $35 million. In July 2004,
Phazar had delivered and installed the 132 crossed dipole antennas including the antenna support
structures and ground screen items at the HAARP facility, bringing the number of antennas
from 48 under the FDP stage to 180. Meanwhile, BAE Systems had contracted with Jersey based defense
electronics firm DRS Technologies, Inc in an $11.5 million outsourcing arrangement, the production
and installation of the high-frequency (HF) radio transmitters for the HAARP antenna array.
Under its contract with BAE Systems Information and Electronic Warfare Systems in Washington,
DRS is to manufacture and install "more than 60 Model D616G 10-Kilowatt Dual Transmitters"
to be used with the HAARP system of antennas. It is unclear from the company statements whether
all the 180 antennas will be equipped with a transmitter, bringing the system up to full IRI capabilities.

Deliveries and installation are to be completed by July 2006. While HAARP is described
as a 'research project', the production of the transmitters was entrusted to DRS C41
"Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Group."

The 48 antenna array is supported by transmitter shelters, each of which contains 6 transmitter cabinets.

Each cabinet contains two transmitters.

The newly installed 132 dipole antennas supplied by Phazar vastly increase
the size of the HAARP Alaska facility. The new transmitters are supplied and installed by DRS.

Every One Speaks about HAARP...

It gets blames for everything, it has magical abilities etc...

While it is true that it does indeed have some interesting abilities, there are many threads
and documents on HAARP. I have been collecting material for years BUT,
though its been hinted at from time to time that other countries
also have a version of HAARP and that incoherent scatter sites have a similar function
as HAARP and EISCAT has been mentioned...

Very few people have taken the time to follow the leads in the various documents
and threads and put together the GLOBAL NETWORK

While HAARP itself may not have the power to create a planetary shield
(for missile defense and solar radiation) the world wide NETWORK certainly does.

So for this thread I will leave the much discussed Alaskan HAARP in the side lines
for now and lets do a tour of the other facilities around the world.

First a little bit on connections to other facilities. In reports like the NAVY Press Release
of Dr Paul A. Bernhard... we see some terms already...

Dr. Bernhardt used the high-power HF facility near Arecibo, Puerto Rico,
and Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, from 1985 to 1999...

Dr.Bernhardt has conducted over eight experiments from 1985 to the present,
using the Space Shuttle Orbital Maneuver Subsystem (OMS) engines,
to modify the ionosphere with high-speed exhaust injections into the upper atmosphere.
The results of these dedicated engine burns have been recorded using the VHF and UHF radars
at Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Kwajalein, Marshall Islands; Millstone Hill, Massachusetts;
and Jicamarca, Peru. Currently, Dr.Bernhardt is the principal investigator for
the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE) program, designed to study
the scattering of radar from electrons in the vicinity of charged particulates that
form artificial "dusty plasmas."

The
Sura Ionospheric Heating Facility, located near the small town of
Vasilsursk about 100 km eastward from Nizhniy Novgorod in Russia, is a
laboratory for ionosphere research. Sura is capable of radiating about
190 MW, effective radiated power (ERP) on short waves. This facility is
operated by the radiophysical research institute NIRFI in Nizhny
Novgorod. The Sura facility was commissioned in 1981. Using this
facility, Russian
researchers achieved extremely interesting results regarding the
ionosphere behavior and discovered the effect of generation of
low-frequency emission
at the modulation of ionosphere current[1]. At the beginning, Soviet
Defense Department mostly footed the bill. The American HAARP
ionospheric heater
is similar to the Sura facility. The HAARP project began in 1993.

Technical information

The frequency range of the heating facility is from 4.5 to 9.3 MHz. The
facility consists of three 250 kW broadcasting transmitters and a 144
crossed
dipole antenna-array with dimensions of 300 m x 300 m. At the middle of
the operating frequency range (4.5 � 9.3 MHz) a maximum zenith gain of
about
260 (~24 dB) is reached, the ERP of the facility is 190 MW (~83 dbW).

Coherent Back-Scatter Radar 50 MHz (RESCO)

The Coherent Back-Scatter Radar of 50 MHz (RESCO) was installed at
the Space Observatory of São Luís / INPE, whose operation begun in August of 1998,
is capable to accomplish measures of dynamics of the plasma of the electrojet and
of bubbles equatorial ionospheric. This radar was projected to map the turbulence
and the electromagnetic drift of the irregularities of short length scale (3 meters)
in a height range that extends from ~90 km to ~1000 km of the equatorial ionosphere.
Such plasma irregularities have big influence in the propagation trans-ionosphere
of waves in a great frequency range, VHF to UHF, and, therefore, it influence all of
the activities of space communications of the Brazilian tropical area. The formation,
the development and the space distribution of these irregularities are highly sensitive
to the space climatic change (in other words, "Space Weather")
besides the convection processes and of the storms of the troposphere.

This radar resulted of the development and construction begun in INPE
there are several years. It transmits signs pulse of high potency through an network antenna
with 768 dipoles which allow to concentrate all the energy transmitted in only narrow beam
radiation. The same antenna also captures the echo signs spread by the irregularities ionosphere.
The transmitted maximum power (120 kW) it is reached through the use of a modular system
of 8 transmitters in phase to maximize the transmitted energy. The operational control of
the radar is made by a computer, which also accomplishes the acquisition, the treatment
and processing 'on line' of the received data of the ionosphere. The data recorded are
available also for the processing and analyze subsequent. This radar was already operated
in several campaigns since 1998 and now it is collecting in a routine way data of
the dynamics of the equatorial electrojet.

This radar, with the FCI radar of 30 MHz together offers great opportunities to
the researchers of studying the peculiar phenomenon of the equatorial area.
These, beside the radars of Peru (Jicamarca), of the India (Thumba) and of the Indonesia,
are some of the few radars of this type that exist in the world around of the magnetic equator.
Due to the peculiar configuration of the geomagnetic field, the Brazilian equatorial area
have characteristics very different from the other areas. It was for this reason that NASA of the USA,
in collaboration of INPE, accomplished in Alcântara in 1994 the campaign GUARÁ
when 26 rockets were thrown (in the period of September-October) to study the equatorial
electrojet and the bubbles ionosphere. In this campaign were used another radar similar to
the radar RESCO (which was brought of the USA), Digissonde (which provided the diagnoses
of the ionosphere) and of the magnetometers operated by INPE in the Space Observatory of São Luís.
The radar RESCO, that is now in a phase of technological improvement, offers great potential
to promote researches of the environment of the Brazilian equatorial area.

The Millstone Hill Steerable Antenna, or MISA, is a fully steerable dish antenna,
46 meters in diameter, designed by the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in 1959.
It is currently located at MIT Haystack Observatory in Westford, Massachusetts.
It was originally installed at the Sagamore Hill Radio Observatory in Hamilton,
Massachusetts in 1963. The antenna operated at that location until 1978, at which time
it was relocated to Millstone Hill. Since that time it has been primarily used as a UHF
radar antenna to provide measurements of the near space environment using
the incoherent scatter radar technique. It is one of two surviving dish antennas
of this type in the world with the other antenna being located at the Stanford University
radio science field site in Stanford, California. MISA is used to provide wide radar
coverage in latitude and longitude.

MISA is a broad-based observatory capable of addressing a wide range of atmospheric
science investigations. The incoherent scatter radar facility at Millstone Hill has been
supported by the National Science Foundation since 1974 for studies of the earth's upper
atmosphere and ionosphere. During this time the facility has evolved from a part-time
research operation sharing radar cooling and power supply elements with the M.I.T.
Lincoln Laboratory Millstone satellite tracking radar, to a separately funded,
operationally independent system dedicated to upper atmospheric research.
The scientific capability of the Millstone Hill facility was greatly expanded in 1978
with the installation of a fully-steerable 46 meter antenna to complement the 67 meter
fixed zenith pointing dish.

The favorable location of Millstone Hill at sub-auroral latitudes combined with
the great operational range afforded by the steerable antenna permit observations
over a latitude span encompassing the region between the polar cap and the near-equatorial
ionosphere. Since 1982 the Haystack Observatory Atmospheric Sciences Group has been
supported for operating the Millstone Hill research radar as a part of the incoherent
scatter radar chain and for associated studies of the auroral and sub-auroral ionosphere
and thermosphere. The meridional radar chain extends from Sondre Stromfjord,
Greenland through Millstone Hill at mid-latitudes, beyond Arecibo at low latitudes,
to the Jicamarca facility at the magnetic equator in Peru. The radar chain forms
an integral part of the NSF-supported CEDAR (Coupling, Energetics, and Dynamics
of Atmospheric Regions) observing network and Millstone Hill observations and analysis
have contributed extensively to the successes of the CEDAR initiative.

The Millstone Hill Radar uses Thomson backscatter from ionospheric electrons to
deduce height- and time-resolved plasma drift velocities, electron and ion temperatures,
electron densities, ion composition, and ion-neutral collision frequencies.
These parameters provide further information about the neutral gas, neutral temperatures
and winds, and electric fields present in the medium. The incoherent scatter technique provides
observations of many of these parameters over an altitude range extending from less than 100 km
to a thousand kilometers or more. Methods have been developed that allow these measurements
to be made with an altitude resolution of hundreds of meters. The complete steerability of
the radar allows horizontal gradients and structure to be examined along with vertical variations.

The Observatory is the premier scientific facility in the world for studying the equatorial ionosphere.
It has a 2-MW transmitter and a main antenna with 18,432 dipoles covering an area of
early 85,000 square meters.

The first American 'HAARP'

The Platteville Atmospheric Observatory was envisioned in 1962 by what is now
the Institute of Telecommunication Sciences (ITS), a part of the National Telecommunications
and Information Administration (NTIA), as a site for high-powered radio experiments.
While the initial experiment, that took place in 1968, studied over-the-horizon radar,
the majority of later experiments used high power radio waves to modify the ionosphere
in a process that is sometimes called ionospheric heating because it raises
the electron temperature in the ionosphere.

The ionospheric heater was still used until 1984, when the last ionospheric experiments
were performed. In the same year, the transmitters were loaned to the Office
of Naval Research and sent to HIPAS in Alaska where they are still used.

With the removal of the transmitters, the focus of the facility changed to smaller-powered
observation of the atmosphere rather than modifying it. In 1988 the 404 MHz RASS
was installed and the ownership of the facility was transferred from NTIA to NOAA-ERL.

HIPAS is located 30 miles Northeast of Fairbanks Alaska; in the small community of Two Rivers.
It occupies 120 acres of land and has six buildings. The facility is located at: latitude and longitude.
The facility operates year-round.

The HIPAS facility is engaged in the study of the Ionosphere through the use of high power radio
transmission as well as a state-of-the-art LIDAR (LIght Detection And Ranging ) facility.

The Heater system consists of 8 transmitters capable of conducting amplitude modulation
of 100 Hz - 20 kHz and phase modulation of 0 -20 kHz. Each transmitter can transmit up to
150kW at 2.85 or 4.53 MHz on CW mode.

The Heater antenna system consists of a circular array of 8 crossed dipoles,
copper wire ground-planes and resonant triaxial baluns.

The LIDAR facility consists of a 2.7 meter LMT (Liquid Mirror Telescope)
with a 4.5 meter focal length as well as 6 state-of-the-art lasers.

The EISCAT Scientific Association is an international research organisation operating
three incoherent scatter radar systems, at 931 MHz, 224 MHz and 500 MHz, in Northern Scandinavia.
It is funded and operated by the research councils of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, France,
the United Kingdom and Germany (collectively, the EISCAT Associates).

EISCAT (European Incoherent Scattter) studies the interaction between the Sun and
the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the magnetosphere and the ionised parts of
the atmosphere (these interactions also give rise to the spectacular aurora, or Northern Lights).
The radars are operated in both Common and Special Programme modes, depending on
the particular research objective, and Special Programme time is accounted and
distributed between the Associates according to rules which are published from time to time.

One EISCAT transmitter site is located close to the city of Tromsø, in Norway, and additional
receiver stations are located in Sodankylä, Finland, and Kiruna, Sweden. See an animation
that shows the basic operation. The EISCAT Headquarters are also located in Kiruna. 1996
the EISCAT Scientific Association constructed a second incoherent scatter radar facility,
the EISCAT Svalbard Radar, near Longyearbyen on the island of Spitsbergen, far to
the North of the Norwegian mainland.

The Incoherent Scatter Radar technique requires sophisticated technology and EISCAT engineers
are constantly involved in upgrading the systems.

In addition to the incoherent scatter radars, EISCAT also operates an Ionospheric
Heater facility at Ramfjordmoen (including a Dynasonde) to support various active plasma
physics experiments in the high latitude ionosphere.
