Obama launches new national policy to strengthen management of oceans

WASHINGTON - The Obama administration is announcing a new national policy for strengthening the way the U.S. manages its oceans, coasts and the Great Lakes.

Officials say the framework is needed now more than ever following the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

The policy calls for the creation of a new National Ocean Council that will co-ordinate the work of the myriad of federal agencies involved in conservation and marine planning. But it creates no new restrictions or regulations, and is not expected to have any short-term impact on offshore oil drilling.

Nancy Sutley, chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, said the new policy recognizes that use of the ocean is expanding at a rate that challenges the ability to manage competing demands.

Since the mid 1990's whispers have abounded from "Intel" circles in the military and

Project Blue Beam is just one of those mind-bending programs that could seriously

Project Blue Beam is a special operations program that is tied into other exotic physics projects
like the HAARP program in Alaska. HAARP is a program that in very simplistic terms shoots
high energy beams of scalar physics technology (Nikola Tesla technology) that cooks
the upper atmosphere of the planet. One of the many possible uses of this technology involves
the capability to project images of massive size out into the sky. In fact,
Project Blue Beam is a program designed to project religious images into the sky in
a hologram presentation. It's like television without a box providing a visual stimulus
without any apparent electronic receivers so that anyone who is sighted could see it.

What is even more astounding is that the technology is even so advanced now that
the equipment can beam electronic signals to the brains of blind people so that even
they can "see" the hologram, although in reality they can't. Does that sound crazy?
Hold on a minute. There's more to this story. The program also has the capability to
project voice sound into the head of a witness without it being heard in the person's ear.
Yes, the sounds would go directly to the brain from electronic impulses. And,
with new super-computer technology it will be possible for super-computers and
satellites to interact with your brain from space and have the voice of "God"
respond to your thoughts as you see "Jesus" in the sky!!!

Blue Beam Project & the One World Religion

It involves two things. A technologically simulated "second coming" and
the reemergence of new "MONTAUK" type projects that have the ability to
take up a whole bunch of people as in a "rapture" type of situation and
whisk the whole bunch into never-never land. Ironically, portions of
the holographic projections have the potential for changing the planet
into oneness with God. Unfortunately, this operates on the premise that
Man shall somehow become God in human form and control other Men and
dictate all actions and thoughts. The calculated resistance to the new
religion, the New World Order and the new "Messiah" will entail human
loss on a massive scale in the ensuing "holy wars".The "BLUE BEAM
PROJECT" will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies
of old; as major an event as that which took place 2000 years ago. In
principle, it will make use of the sky as a holographic projection
screen for space-based laser-generating satellites (star wars). These
projectors will project simultaneous images to the four corners of the
planet, in every language by region. It deals with the religious aspect
of the NEW WORLD ORDER.

The "system" has already been tested.
Holographic projections of the "CHRIST IMAGE" have already been seen in
some remote desert areas. These have only been reported in tabloid
papers, so they are instantly rendered moot. They can also project
images of alien craft, aliens, monsters, angels - you name it.
Computers will coordinate the satellites and software will run the
show-and-tell.

ภาคเหนือ มองเห็นได้ทั่วทั้งนอร์เวย์และพื้นที่ตอนเหนือของฟินแลนด์ ปลุกกระแสวิพากษ์วิจารณ์

แสงประหลาดมอง เห็นชัดเจนที่สุดในห้วงระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 นาที ก่อนระเบิดแตกตัวหายจาก
ท้องฟ้าไปอย่างสิ้นเชิงภายใน 10-12 นาทีต่อมา เบื้องต้นโฆษกกระทรวงกลาโหมและเจ้าหน้าที่
หอสังเกตการณ์ธรณีวิทยาทรอมโซ ประเทศนอร์เวย์ ระบุตรงกันว่า มีความเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด

เมื่อวันนี้ผมเปิดอีเมลล์ดูและพบว่า มีเมลล์จากเว็ปอัพเดทสภาพอากาศอวกาศว่าได้เกิดเหตุประหลาด

ที่มันเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ได้ เกิดขึ้นครั้งแรกแต่มีการเกิดขึ้นหลายครั้งแล้ว ย้อนกลับเมื่อคืนวันที่ 9/12/09
ที่ Norway ได้เกิดเหตุการณ์ประหลาดขึ้น บ้างอ้างว่าเป็น Spiral UFO, Project Bluebeam, HAARP
บ้างก็ว่าเป็นการมาถึงของ Destroyer, Satan, Sevenheads Dragon เป็นข่าวครึกโครมในต่างประเทศ
อย่างมาก ถึงกระนั้นกองทัพรัซเซียก็อ้างว่าเป็นการทดสอบอาวุธในแถบนั้น ซึ่งเป็นที่น่ากังขาของ

ก้นหอยที่ปรากฏใน Norway จึงเกิดคำถามว่า คนโบราณทั่วโลกเหล่านั้นได้เห็นเหตุการณ์เช่นเดียวกับ
ที่เราได้เห็นใน Norway เช่นกันหรือแล้วทำไมในบางภาพถึงมีรูปวาดเหมือนกับคนวิ่งหนีขึ้นที่สูง
และมีซากโครงกระดูกปรากฏในภาพวาดด้วย เป็นไปได้หรือไม่ว่านั่นหมายถึง ปรากฏการณ์นี้
จะนำมาซึ่งหายนะของโลกเรา

ความประหลาดยังไม่หมดเพียง เท่านี้ แน่นอนว่าผมได้กล่าวไปแล้วว่ามันบังเอิญเหลือเกินว่า
เคยเกิดเหตุการณ์คล้าย กันนี้หลายครั้งแต่ที่แน่ๆ มี 3 ครั้งที่ถูกบันทึกเป็นภาพไว้ได้ อยากให้ลอง

1994: US Air Force Launches Top-Secret ‘Holographic Projector’ Research Program



The Airborne Holographic Projector [Source: Air University]According to a 1999
Washington Post website report, the US Air Force starts a research program this year
to develop a “holographic projector” as a psychological warfare weapon.
Holograms are three-dimensional images created by laser technology.

The US military explored the idea of using holograms during the 1991 Gulf War
to deceive the Iraqis, but did not pursue it for technical reasons.
One idea was to project a hologram of Allah several hundred feet in size over Baghdad,
but this would take a mirror in space more than a mile square, plus huge projectors and
power sources. Additionally, there are strict Islamic proscriptions on the depiction of Allah.

However, the US military did not abandon the concept. “The Gulf War hologram story
might be dismissed were it not the case that [the Post] has learned that a super secret program
was established in 1994 to pursue the very technology for PSYOPS [psychological operations]
application. The “Holographic Projector” is described in a classified Air Force document
as a system to “project information power from space… for special operations deception missions.”
[Washington Post, 2/1/1999; Sydney Morning Herald, 2/5/2000] A 1996 study commissioned
by a US Air Force panel called “Air Force 2025” shows how a future “Airborne Holographic Projector”
might look like. In this illustration, a virtual aircraft is created to deceive the enemy as to the size

Premise a: The hole in the WTC south tower is considerably smaller than the
alleged Boeing 767-200.
